After enduring fire, flood, COVID, the business was set to shut down. Until the La Crosse community proved its worth We proudly serve a wide variety of freshly prepared Asian dishes, including customer favorites like sesame chicken, crab rangoons, lo mein, crab legs, crawfish, and more! Our all-you-can-eat buffet features daily lunch and dinner specials, as well as takeout options.

Food was decent and reasonably fresh. The name of the restaurant is misleading and so is the size of the building. The building is very large and it is called Super Buffet. I would call it a mini buffet as there were only two entree cases. With a name starting with super, I expected six to twelve.

Awful tasting low quality food. 1 out of 5 crab rangoons might contain something other than the fried shell. 2 dishes were okay. I can see why they make you pay before you enter the restaurant. Most people would probably take a few bites and walk out. Scanned my debit card and the owner screamed sign it! I hit accept without signing at first because I had never been there before and did not know better. Unfortunately I also hit the 20% tip option. I should have removed my card and left. Why remodel a place if you plan to serve crappy food with a bad attitude? Not sure if it was bad service, or if they thought I would eat the garbage left on my used plates at a later time. They never collected my used plates. Lots of mystery meat. Either way I will never go back.

I got take out today and WOW! Best Chinese restaurant in the area, and believe me, I’ve tried them all. One bite in, and it was the best tasting food I’ve had in a while. Great portion sizes, well seasoned, everything was perfectly cooked. Great service, too! Highly suggest everyone should eat here!

Updated review. I heard this place got new owners and had vastly improved since last year, so I gave them another chance and wasn’t disappointed. All the food looked and tasted good. Some of it wasn’t as hot as I would have liked, but I was there 30 minutes before closing, and was the only person there due to bad weather. The egg rolls and General Tso chicken were highlights. Egg rolls had a light sweetness that was surprising but delicious, and the G-Tso had bright citrus notes.
Service was friendly. Decor/atmosphere is… interesting. Everything was clean.

I already finished my plate before I decided to make my review lol. This pace is probably one of the best buffets in the area and it’s so cheap! Less than $30 for 2 people! And it was nice and quiet on a Saturday which was nice. I can’t believe this place doesn’t have 5 stars, one of the cleanest buffets we’ve been too.
