Pam at the Bedford, Indiana Pizza Hut is absolutely the reason I’ll be coming back. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and treated me like more than just another customer. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. It’s rare these days to find service that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what she provided. She turned what could have been just a normal stop for pizza into an experience that stood out because of her personality and effort. The food was good, but Pam’s service is what made it great. Pizza Hut is lucky to have her, and customers like me are lucky to be served by her. She’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back.

Pizza Hut could be the saddest story there is. This place was roaring in the 80’s. Time has changed but Pizza is still a go to item. Get some decent help, pay them, train them, reward them and get back to being the best Pizza place in America. Unfortunately, unless something changes, we’d rather stay home and eat a $3 Jacks from the dollar store.

Pam is the woman who takes orders (day shift) M-F and she is SO NICE! She listened as I poorly explained my difficult order (I have autism and get a little weird about things). And when I didn’t make sense, she got the manager, Natalie, who listened and figured out what on Earth I was talking about. Natalie made my food special and it was awesome. They really went the extra 5 miles I know it takes to accommodate me (sorry!).

Forgot food even after specially said to double check the order. Even after they tried to send the wrong order in the first place. And wouldn’t refund my money. What a joke. Use to love pizza hut but everytime we order and have it delivered its always wrong or missing stuff!

Edit: service has taken a turn for the worse. Waited a good 10 minutes for the only server to take our order. In that 10 minutes, multiple tables that we’re seated after us placed their order. I walked out. Good pizza, decent service. I have never used their delivery or carry-out service. I have always dined in. In my experience, the food always arrives within a decent amount of time and always tastes really good. The breadsticks here are AMAZING! Best breadsticks in town, that’s for sure. My last visit here was on a Monday night, there was a buffet available, and it was awesome! I didn’t realize they did buffets in the evening. Large selection of different pizzas that made everyone in my party happy.

Pizza Hut is by far our favorite national chain but this is the last time we order from our local store. Last week we waited 40 minutes at the store after we were told it was ready. This week, after ordering, we were told it would be ready in almost 2 hours and then it was cold, wrong and poorly made.
