Great Ramen, my wife loved the pot stickers, she doesn’t eat pork so finding some chicken ones was a big plus. Sushi sold by the pound so it was fun to try some rolls I would not normally order. Not as fresh as sitting at the counter made to order but still pretty good. Definitely coming back.

I only got their sushi, which in my case my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Since the sushi is priced by weight, I ended up getting much more than was need to feed 2 people. A great value. Be warned that these sushi pieces were pretty darn big compared to traditional sizing you’d be used to. Would be almost an impossible one biter sushi.
Their sushi tasted fresh and had a good variety to choose from. Since it is also a poke place, they are pretty much doing the “Tacobell” method where they combine and create multiple different sushi selections from what ingredients they have. I have no complaints about that as there still is a good selection to choose from and the ingredients are delicious.
Edit #1: Went and ate in person so I was able to try the ramen in store. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu was great, lots of garlic flavor in the broth and the noodles were nice and springy. Would eat again. Sushi was also on point.
I’ll try their poke the next time I stop in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Supa – New Favorite Spot!
This was my first time at Supa, and I’m obsessed. The concept alone is amazing — Sushi and Poke by the pound — Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I love being able to pick exactly what I want and try a little bit of everything.
I also had their authentic ramen, rich broth…that tasted like it came straight from Japan. Total comfort in a bowl.
The staff here is unbelievably friendly. They made me feel welcome the second I walked in, explained the menu. You can tell they really care about their customers.
I’ll definitely be back!

The sushi rolls are quite large, and about six pieces make up one pound. Since the rolls are already cut and displayed, you can choose different flavors for each piece, which makes it fun to try a variety of tastes. There was also a wide selection of rolls. This was my first time visiting, and I was curious about the ramen, so I asked a staff member about it. They let me sample the soup and gave me a detailed explanation, which was wonderful. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen, and the noodles and soup were delicious. The only downside was that the char siu (roast pork) tasted like frozen meat and was of poor quality, but everything else was satisfying, so I’ll go back to try the sushi and ramen again. The vegetarian options were limited to rice bowls, but it was delicious.

Walking into this location the first time just after 11am, very beautiful interior, lights are not to bright but also not to low. Smells good inside. Everything is set up nicely and organized, cleaned and presentable. Tried their sushi per pound, tasted good and fresh, and a Good balance of flavors. For each roll piece I tried. Tried the spring rolls, definitely tasted good.
I have been to their Cheney locations definitely different on the inside food still good. I can’t wait to try their other location in Idaho. Thank you for opening this one, especially with it being near the mall, it has given my family more of a variety of food options to choose from.

Very friendly staff, I came at 11:00 right when they opened. Honestly, sushi is my favorite food but lately I thought I out grew it until I came here. The pieces are so big I got one of each one that was ready and it was still less than a pound. It was so good. I got ramen and sushi and this will definitely be a spot I’ll take my husband for date night.
Update: yall the meat fell off the bone. It just slid right off.
The togo bag is a reusable bag.
And because it’s an authentic Japanese location tipping is rude

Love rolls, poke bowls, and more? Want bang for your bucks? Dislike the struggle of selecting between different rolls? This is your place. You grab a pair of tongs and take the sushi you like, one piece at a time. They then charge you by the lbs. I got full beyond measure with their delicious options at a reasonable price.

Incredible authentic sushi. Great service and good price for what you get! It was nice to get to try different types of sushi without having to buy an entire roll. Everything was very fresh. The milk tea is so good and flavorful!

Absolutely LOVE Supa’s poke bowls! The fish is super fresh and the sauce is so flavorful — perfect for anyone who’s trying to eat clean or during a cutting phase. My friend ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Beef Bone Ramen — both were amazing! So much meat, rich and savory broth, perfect for a chilly day. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
The owner told us they actually have three locations: Spokane Downtown, Cheney, and Post Falls. Can’t wait to try them all!

I’ve never eaten sushi served quite in this style – like a buffet, but fresher and the rolls are larger. Excellent protein-to-rice ratio, especially for a place that charges by weight. Went just after 2pm on a Saturday and it was quiet, but the food was so fresh I went back for another round. I tried about 8 different rolls and each one was very good. A better value for this quality of food would be difficult to imagine.
