Pho Ga (Grilled Chicken) was broth rich, while retaining its lightness, so if you only wanted broth, it would suffice.
Thankfully, the grilled chicken came on the side because the depth of smokiness would’ve overpowered the broth.
Pho Nam (thinly slice Beef Brisket) is similar in broth tastes, light, yet full of flavor. The Brisket could use a bit of seasoning to round out this dish.
Phos come with plenty of bean sprouts, onions (red), cilantro with Hoisin or Spicy Chili sauces tableside staples.
Side note: Even reheated, the Rice noodles were great. No gumminess! Quality noodles! These Bowls alone will stuff you.
If you got appetizers like we did, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, as grandmother would say, your leaving with To Go Bags!
Veggie Spring Rolls were packed, light, not oily, flavorful and the side of pickled carrots and white onions should be jarred and sold. Delish!
The star is also the Green Papaya Salad! One order was plentiful for two. Crunchy, packed with delicious umaminess and healthy. It leaves you craving MORE, even though you want to eat other items. We kept returning to the salad!
We brought the Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice inside of a halved Pineapple. Enough to share with 2-3 people!
We could barely drink our Iced Lychee and Strawberry Tea drinks. Strawberry was a bit too sweet with the added syrup and we had to add water to balance.
Overall, excellent dining choice, sexy atmosphere without being too pretentious. Definite must!
I was not a fan of the ice coffee since it was more bitter than sweet. The Thai tea was good. Note that the lemonade option on the menu is a fountain drink, not made from scratch. The appetizers were good. The summer roll was refreshing, but it was only 1 roll split in half. The Viet wing was crispy dressed in a nice sauce. It was only 1 wing split in half.
The Pho was warm, not hot. My preference is hot soup.
Dislike that staff was cleaning the table while eating, since they were reaching over my food. Also, I felt rushed to pay. Wait until the customer is ready.
Overall the environment of the place is nice and the food was good.
However, the suggestion of the waitress worked perfectly fine and the food was delicious. Let me tell you about the drinks. Yum yum, they were amazing.
Beautiful and clean, this Vietnamese restaurant has the best quality pho noodles.
Presentation and service were superb.
Loved papaya salad and Vietnamese iced coffee. Still dreaming about it!
Lunch special is a great value. I would travel 45 minutes to eat here again.
