First time here and this is all what I got for $20. Plus a bug in my coke. The man there taking my order is rude. I had diarrhea and spent 3 hours in my bathroom after having this meal. Now I know why there’s nobody in the restaurant. Worst experience ever.

We’ve eaten here a few times before and continued to give this location “one more chance”. I now believe this is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too. Service is horrible and the roast beef is often terrible quality. Very disappointing.

The employees seemed to be upset or annoyed that I was there and they talked to me in a rude tone. They told me there will be a wait and I was fine with it. The only fresh thing was the mozzarella sticks. The sandwich was cold. I waited a long time and they could not drop a fresh chicken patty. I asked for an orange cream shake. And they gave me a vanilla shake. When I got there everyone was outside on break smoking cigarettes.

I Dined in to eat. My food was great and fresh. I enjoyed mozzarella sticks, curly fries, roast beef sandwich and a jamocha shake. The staff was very kind and was very patient with my grandmother and happily conversed with her.

While I was waiting for my food, one of the workers ran into the bathroom and started screaming his head off, like he was having a breakdown. I get that people have personal stuff, but it was pretty unnerving. Also, every worker I saw very obviously despised being there, and that feeling was infectious.

Place is in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Went to the restroom and my feet stuck to the floor. Ceiling is water damaged and ready to fall also got to listen to the manager yell at an employee for messing up and order in drive thru and how they are down money. Let them know our order wasn missing a sandwich and had one slapped on top my fries with a there you go.

This kings Hawaiin fish was good but had been under a heat lamp and was not particularly warm. The curly fries were very tasty but I got the dregs. However the dinning area looked clean but you stuck to the floor. My husband said the floor was slick with oil when he went to the men’s room.
