Usually Open Nov – March Order at the Food wagon window, hand pattied burgers, fresh cut fries, Grilled chicken sandwiches, wonderful tasty wraps. All Made Fresh per Order. Daily specials as well…. Wednesday is Walleye and Friday Fish and Chips *Please Note* Both of these specials start serving at 2pm and all menu items are available at that time. Pet friendly as long as they are on a leash and remain on the ground. No dogs allowed on your lap, the table or chair. No outside food or beverages please. Please we would appreciate that you report any issues you may have, before leaving negative reviews!! It’s only fair for us to make things right! Enjoy the Sunsets!

I never would have guessed that I’d find my favorite fish and chips of all time in Quartzsite, Arizona but life is full of surprises. If I’m passing through Q, this food truck is a must stop for me. The Walleye fish and chips is a generous serving of fish, lightly battered to perfection served with hand cut fries and a side of cole slaw. It’s only available Wednesdays after 2pm (as of Dec ‘25). If you’re there any other day, the burgers are excellent and worth the stop as well.

What an absolute treat to get some fantastic Wisconsin food while out here in Quartzite !! The hand cut fries and the *real* Wisconsin cheese curds should not be missed. The walleye fish fry and 1/3 hand packed burgers are excellent too. I’ll definitely be back a few more times while I’m still in town.

Saw reviews from other for their walleye fish and chips. Most places serve a menu whenever they are open. Came with 3 others. All surprised that you can only order certain items after 2pm on only one day of the week. We are supposed to try to find them on Facebook and know to look there for what the specials will be each day of the week and what time you are allowing to even order them, which I imagine change every week.
This entire area is made of visitors, but they assume we should know that they, unlike most every other place you buy food in America, don’t serve the items you may want that day or even that time of the day.
Might have only left disappointed if the owner wasn’t so rude and condescending. I’m guessing this happens 20 times a day as disappointed people are frustrated you can’t order items on their menu and they suggest you should have known.
To the owner… Try to be apologetic. I realize this is every day and all day. I’m guessing you have enough customer that you don’t care about offending people who will never return, like us.
No food is worth being treated like that. And even the reply you now leave is rude. All four of us walked away and ALL of the others also commented how rude you were. No big deal, others may not care. I would not have left any review if you were nice and apologetic about it. Hope that helps you not get other negative reviews in the future.
Oh, and that look I gave you as I walked away was my shock and dismay with how rude you spoke to us all.

Absolutely delicious! What a gem, pulled over on our way back from California and we were not dissappointed! The wraps were delicious and I loved the cheese curds! The patty melt was also very good and the service was excellent. Thank you!

Def a must stop place!!! Traveling home after a long weekend racing, called ahead and it was ready and still hot when we pulled up! Patty melt, cheese burger, chicken tenders, fresh REAL fries. Everything was AWESOME! Will 100% stop again!

It was mostly all good until the end of my meal. The owners dog showed up. About a 100lb dog at that. It was not secured in Any way and freely walked around pissing on the furniture and surrounding area. Kept sniffing the patrons legs while it pushed its way under tables and then finished up its visit by leaving a huge dump of poop in the driveway. This is an eatery. Not a zoo. I shall not go there again.
