We are a mobile food trailer serving steam buns and sides out of Kihei just behind Azeka plaza. Dedicated to serving great quality food, prepared fresh and at affordable pricing for all. We are a chef driven eatery with a combined 35+ years of culinary experience from all aspects of front and back of house. We want to create an environment and a culture that we would be attracted to as guests, all centered around making incredible food in beautiful Maui.

Oyster mushroom bao was perfect mix of flavorful mushroom and miso.
Pork belly was not too fatty, soft, and had a great guava glaze that coated nicely without overpowering the dish.
But the bao buns were my highlight. They stayed fluffy and maintained the crumb structure while being eaten and did not become gummy like overproofed dough gets.
Beet salad was refreshing and the whipped goat cheese delish.
10/10 all around

Some of the best food on the island!! Always an essential stop for us. Between my husband and I we’ve tried almost everything on the menu and all are fantastic options. Zero skips. No notes.

We found online while visiting Kihei and decided to visit for a late lunch. We ordered a trio of bags, including the little piggy, duck duck goat and bao chicken bao bao. All 3 were delicious. My favorite was the duck. The baos were soft, full of meat and other fillings. We also ordered the Aloha Tots which we liked even more. The tots were crispy and loaded with all the toppings. I kept eating them like it was addictive. The owner TJ was very nice, the service was quick. We’ll probably stop by again before we leave the island. Definitely recommend. It’s is an area behind a shopping center along with several other food trailers. Lots of parking. Covered picnic tables to enjoy the food on-site.

Love the little food truck village they have here. We stumbled upon it on vacation on Maui. I forgot to take a picture of mine sticky tofu bowl because I devoured it so quickly it was that good. Great seasoning great flavor. My husband had the piggy bowl and he devoured it as well.

Food truck delivering excellent food. Tried the Uncle Philly (cheese steak), Duck Duck Goat, and Island Piggy. The Island Piggy was the clear winner with the fresno chilli and pickled onions accompanying some of the most flavorful pulled pork ive had on Maui. Would recommend if needing a quick bite to go.

We stopped for a little appetizer. It’s shaded and there’s a couple of roaming chickens. One of them attacked my daughter heels. But they were entertaining while we waited for food. We ordered the Bao Trio and got the Little Piggy and Island Piggy. The Little Piggy was my favorite. It had more pickling and cilantro. I liked that purple ube bun too.

Wow!!!! So happy to have these guys upcountry. We have been here twice so far and have officially tried every bao on the menu. Every one is amazing my favorite is the Philly and the island piggy. We also tried the hurricane tots. Unbelievable. Perfectly sweet and spicy. Can’t wait to try the truffle tots next.
The staff and owner “Tj” are so friendly and happy to make recommendations. The food also comes out really fast. Which is great when you need another round.
Highly recommend and will be our regular stop.
