Sunrise Thai is tucked into a little strip mall, but like the guy said, those are always the best spots — and this place proves it. I ordered the curry puffs and Pad Thai with chicken, and everything was phenomenal.
The curry puffs were insanely good — perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and dipping them into the cucumber salad took it to a whole different level. And the Pad Thai? Delicious. Perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little tang, with tender chicken and noodles cooked just right.
On top of all that, the service was great — friendly, fast, and welcoming. I’m 100% coming back. Sunrise Thai is a hidden gem that absolutely lives up to the hype!
As a Thai, I’d highly recommend this place. The food is AUTHENTIC flavor.
I had papaya salad w/ fried chicken and sticky rice, garlic fried rice and pad si eiw and pla dook pad ped for take away.
My Pad Thai was delicious. Veggies could have been a little more crisp/ fresh but the flavor and sauce was great. I asked for medium heat and it was perfect. They did not dissapoint. My Spring Roll was a little small but every restaurant is different. It had a peppery taste that I don’t normally find in my Spring Rolls but it was hot and crispy as I did eat it in my car soon after getting my order.
Yum food! The Thai curry was fabulous! Fried rice was ok but pad Thai was delicious!
Overall worth the visit!
-Hot and Sour Soup (free, included in meal)
-Crab Rangoons
-Pad Thai, medium spice, with chicken, without bean sprouts.
Overall, it was an excellent choice. Their portion size was large enough to make two meals worth if appetizers are included. Their Hot and Sour Soup was very good, and their Crab Rangoons were the second best of any Thai restaurant I have been to. The Pad Thai was different than I’m used to. This one seemed to contain more oil and was stickier rather than wetter. The flavor seemed to lean more towards the peanuts and spice as opposed to the usual sour. It’s different, but enjoyable.
I was greeted immediately a grabbed a booth (there are 7 plus two other tables.
The menu is massive. Well organized with some pictures. Ordered the Pad Ped for my lunch which comes with hot & sour soup.
Vegetarians beware: the hot & sour soup has meat within. But it’s tasty, as was my main course.
The music played quietly in the background where it belongs.
