We’ve been to SunO several times and it was good, but this last time was horrible. We were there on Sunday (9/7) at 5:40pm. Only one family in the store, yet it took over 20 minutes for us to get our orders. We ordered one bubble tea and one small SunO. The bubble tea was good, but hardly any boba in it.. The SunO was literally melted all the way when we got it. Literally soup. The cherry in the SunO was also not pitted. I don’t know if the SunO was left sitting for those entire 20 mins or whatever. I was a SunO employee back in Duluth in the 2010s and this is completely unacceptable. Who serves a melted dessert?? I don’t know if we will be back.

I got the boba and shaved ice here. Their menu is fairly spread out. The boba wasn’t expensive upwards of $7+. I got the pink lady shaved dessert, and it was delicious, soft, and squishy. I loved the mochi bits.

Quiet atmosphere delicious Bingsoo. My new favorite Bingsoo spot, and it’s dairy free, had a custom matcha bingsoo with redbeans, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream, super satisfying. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, plus they know their stuff. You will get that animae ramen shop type vibe when you enter. Give them a try.

I love this place, I first discovered it in 2011 in Duluth and have been in love with the dessert ever since. I moved away from Atlanta for many years and have never found a suno place that tastes as great. I’m back now and am so sad they closed the Duluth location
I visited the Decatur location recently and was pleased to find the suno still tastes great and the guy working was so sweet to all the customers and greeted everyone who walked in. Prices are unbeatable ⭐️
I also loved the decor and they had a nice free games selection. Decatur is super far from my home so I wish they would reopen the Duluth location or open one closer to Suwanee! But will always stop by when I’m near Decatur

The desserts and teas are good, prices are high, but the service is very bad. Cleanliness is not maintained and the worker is very unhappy. Today the store should’ve been open according to its timings but was closed with no sign explaining why.

We wanted to give this a place try since we were craving shaved ice. I got the mochi Heaven but substituted the strawberry SunO base for the taro base, which is only $0.50 extra. The taro taste is the same as taro milk tea. Mochi and condensed milk always goes well with either strawberry or taro shaved ice. My significant other got the brownie bonanza and the base lacks flavor. It tasted water down or melted ice cream. If it had more chocolate, it’d taste better. It’s a small and cozy place to enjoy some dessert in Decatur.

Oh my gosh we are OBSESSED with SunO & so wish we had one back home in Jacksonville!! The fluffy layers of creamy ice are unlike anything I’ve ever tried, it’s like boba tea & froyo had a delicious baby. Taro is always the go-to for us & if you’ve never tried it, please do yourself a favor & give it a go!

They have so many options of desserts from Bubble tea to slushies to Suno’s. I had brownie bonanza it was good. You can customize your toppings they will charge you extra. Their coffee jelly us my favourite. I had tropical SunO. It was fresh and I could taste a lot of mango. Must visit this place.

A pretty nice place. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings. I tried the dirty Oreo shaved ice and it was good. The ice was pretty soft and sweet. No shards were found. Will definitely stop by again soon.
