Absolutely delicious and the burger was loaded with heaps of toppings. The french fries were cooked perfectly. Everything was super clean including the bathrooms.
Friendly staff, all of the delicious sauces and my favorite was the seltzer water at the fountain. The seltzer water went hand and hand to the burger.
The price for the meal was a real bargain.
You absolutely cannot go wrong here folks.

Was looking for a quick place to eat lunch. I felt the $10 I spent on a hotdog meal was worth it. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I waiting maybe three minutes for my order to be ready. Someone came by after I was done to ask if everything was okay. I do plan on coming back.

I walked in to a welcoming greeting, friendly staff and delicious food.
I’d say that the burgers are a great comparison to Wendy’s but with bigger beef patties and loaded with toppings.

The North Olmsted location just closed suddenly so I went I went to the Avon one. I love how Freddy’s caters to veterans on Veterans Day with free food in the form of a meal card/voucher. Burgers aren’t as seasoned as I had hoped. They allow the condiments to carry the burger and that’s not gonna work for me as being a long-term customer. I love how they have tots as an alternative to fries. Decent menu though.

We had a great experience at Freddy’s! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. Our customer service rep, Haley, was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though it was 20 degrees outside, the restaurant was warm, clean, and comfortable.

Ordered food and dessert for my daughter. There was one car ahead of us that was waiting at the window for about 5 minutes. We got to the window and waited another 5 or so minutes before someone acknowledged us. There were no customers inside. I paid and waited another few minutes before being told that they ran out of flavoring for the dessert. Took another 5+ minutes to get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have never eaten here before, only learned about this place because of veteran’s say and other veteran’s, I decided to give Freddie’s Burger a try, and how I truly regret that decision, the wait wasn’t to long got my order to go. I Took my first bit and it was truly disgusting , when I ordered the burger I requested ketchup no mustard, it was bathed in mustard but the sad thing was I couldn’t taste the mustard only overwhelming taste of lard Nasty , and to continue this horrific experience the burger (ordered a double gave me a single) bit into it and it was burnt into a shingle .
To add insult to injury every they promised in mission statement in the restaurant and on the bag this crap came in was an out and out lie.
Save your time and money dine elsewhere especially if you are a Veteran.

Terrible Experience. 11/6/2025
We have been going to this location since they opened and this by far the worst it has been. When we walked in no one was in the front or greeted us. Anjayah walked by said they are short staff so it would be a little bit. She walked around the kitchen area rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. When she came back to take our order, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Her attitude was pouring off of her not in a good way. Another worker joined her at the register to help take our order. Once completed we stepped aside as a father and young son walked in. She told them it would be at least 10 minutes before she could take their order as they were short staff. She left the front and proceeded to “help” make our order. We sat down and noticed there were 2 workers in the back> they started making our order. The one workers pants were hanging past his butt. My husband went to soda machine to fill his cup with Pepsi; both fountains of Pepsi were empty. 2 people walked in, after waiting, and not being greeted they left. The father and son were sitting at a table waiting for someone to take their order. As the workers were still working on our order another worker showed up in the kitchen area totalling 4 workers. Perhaps one of these workers were a manager but we were unable to tell as there was no leadership in the kitchen. Someone arrived to pick up a to go order, it was incomplete. Anjayah walked over to her and told her they were short staffed. A worker from the back brought us our order, we were waiting on a Vanilla shake. Anajaya grabbed a cup and put vanilla ice cream in it, handed it to me and said they were out of whip cream. I did not order vanilla ice cream> I ordered a vanilla shake as clearly stated on our receipt. Appalled at this over all experience I did not say anything, rather took it and left.

This location has gone downhill fast! On at least two different occasions over the last two months we went there and sat at the drive-through speaker for about 10-12 minutes and no one ever came on to take our order. We then went up to the window and sat there for another 5 minutes and there was no one to be found. I can see if that happens once because maybe they had a lot of people call off and I’d give them some grace but to happen two different times it seems to be a pattern. I don’t know how they expect to keep this location open if no one wants to wait on you. I can understand know why the place looks closed and empty anytime you drive-by. I sent two complaints to the store after each visit and they didn’t even acknowledge them yet alone respond. It’s ridiculous!!! DO BETTER!

The staff greeted us in a friendly manner. The food was hot and ready fast. The cashier helped us decide on on lunch choice because we never been here before. Thank you for the great lunch!!
