I ordered a patty melt and what i got was a cheeseburger on rye bread. The yellow cheese was not melted and the bread and onions was not cooked right. Then was asked why I didn’t like it and told the cook this is not how you cook a patty melt and he wants to get an attitude. You need a new cook or you will not be in business long.

My office ordered lunch to-go. Among the orders was: breakfast sandwich, Mama Mia Hero and a steak Philly. Everyone loved their meal. The meatballs tasted homemade and fresh. We all really enjoyed our meal and will be back!!!

So pissed off with my experience here. My husband grandson and I decided to try this place for breakfast. All was good ordered our drinks chatted with the waitress ordered our food. As we waited for our food a man came in and was speaking to the waitress I’m guessing he was the owner by their conversation. After just a few moments my husband made the remark he really shouldn’t be that loud about employee issues I kinda laughed and said true. Next thing we knew the guy was dropping the f bomb. My husband asked me if I heard that I said yes and in a matter of less than a minute I heard it again a few more times. Now I drop the f bomb myself but not around little ones and you Damn sure don’t do it in a “family” type restaurant. I told my husband we were leaving to take our grandson to the car I’d cancel our order and settle the table for our drinks. When I approached the payment window the man said to the waitress people are leaving. I told them both yes we are we are leaving due to you dropping the f bomb and I’m not allowing my grandson to hear that. The waitress apologized and refused my offer to pay for our drinks. But the arrogant man told me he never said the f word. Really if he would’ve at least said he was sorry instead of basically calling me a lair we may have given the place another chance without our grandson. But no looking over the menu their prices are high for the items listed and atmosphere is NOT for families with little ones. Will not going back.. And I also posted this on their Face book page you would think they would have at least responded with an apology and tried to earn some customers back but instead just deleted it. SMH
