I’ve been to three locations but this one is by far my favorite. We came in the day after Halloween and they were still celebrating, it made the atmosphere fun, lively, and colorful. The other locations have more of a cabin feel to it but this one is on the modern side and I Love it! We came around 11am so there was a 20 min wait but they had chairs to sit on while we waited. The host was very polite and friendly. Our server/waiter was attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. Additionally, this location is larger and has more parking space. They also have an outdoor dining area that’s equally as nice as the inside.

I’m not sure how such was the case, but I’m sad I never knew about this place sooner. This was the best service, atmosphere, and breakfast food we’ve had in a while – and we frequent a lot of different breakfast/brunch restaurants. One of the top 3 three chicken friend steaks I’ve ever had, the biscuits were soft and moist, the gravy was delicious, and the Bloody Mary was perfect. Our server Crystal was also awesome – attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better. This just became our new favorite breakfast/brunch spot, for sure.

I’ve been to 3 Sunnyside Diners and although the food is good, it is not a good value and the service stinks everytime. Upon entering, it appears to have potential in the decor but they failed in acoustics- it’s very loud. They caught the door bell opening and quickly said welcome but once seated, they took over 10 minutes to bring a menu or acknowledge me. While ordering, I asked if I could substitute. The waitress said, “Suuurre!”. What she should have said was, we can trade those out but it’s an additional $5. Fail. I was a bit shocked to see breakfast was over $20 with only water when the menu item was $13. She never refilled my water. Fail. When it was time to leave, she finally approached my table saying, “I can take your card “… without showing me how much I owed. Fail. I asked to see the check where I discovered the additional $5. Also, I hadn’t been in years because of other bad service so I very well could have forgot but I don’t remember a pile of spray whipped cream topping the food. It seems that was replaced from a previous better lemon compote. Although the food is tasty, there are better valued places to eat that are yummy too but with better service.

Awesome little dinner, had a good brunch with my daughter and our waitress was the kindest she made us feel at home, excellent service.
They have a small bakery side, with delicious pie choices and other variety and the waitress told us that they bake all their biscuits and breads there as well. They also have reasonable prices for all their meals.

Immediately upon walking in, this place had a great feel. The huge diner counter with baked dishes scattered throughout, the “pie” fridge bunker with endless choices…yeah, this was the spot.
Our waitress was nothing short of amazing the whole time. Food was great and you really seemed to get a lot for the price!

I was hoping to find a regular place to have breakfast, and my hopes were high for this place since I have heard a bunch of good things about it. As I sat there starving and watching the regulars come in after me and get their order taken while they all just walk past me never asking once if I was ready. Once I realized that I was forgotten about I got up and left. They weren’t even busy. Three servers with two customers at the bar and maybe 6-7 tables. Maybe I just didnt look the part, but I know I wasn’t considered good enough for them.

Candice was very rude to me and my party. She seemed to be disturbed about something and not giving much attention. As the manager I expected her to be a little more caring, and the way she was speaking to her employees was not acceptable and was rude as well.. I feel the establishment would have been better if maybe she took the day off or something.

Been to this diner on multiple occasions never had any problems so when my family was in town, I decided to take my mom and dad to eat here. We did get there towards the end of the day, but they were sold out of pancakes, bacon, cinnamon rolls, and the waitress took a very long time to take my order. The whole experience was not good and seeing how my family was only in town for a couple days, it really upset me. I do not recommend going to this place after 11 AM seeing if they run out of items that are on the menu before 11 AM I’m sure you’ll have no problem and it is very good food.
