Charming spot. Food is delicious, and service is gracious. I also loved the 80s music in the background.

I had the pork chop and two eggs sunny-side up for a late breakfast / early lunch. The pork chop was cooked perfectly, thick and juicy. I subbed out the potato pancake / fruit option for a side salad with their homemade raspberry dressing. All so good!

One of the better breakfast experiences we’ve had in a long time. We were pleasantly surprised by everything, from the beautiful, kind waitress that helped us to the coffee, fresh orange juice, tasty smells in the air and the ambiance.

We got the lox with bagel and were blown away, the capers, the goat cheese, the smoked salmon, YUM. Get it.

Get the French toast, enough said.

We will be back very soon!!

I had Egg/Sausage Benedict with some wonderful tasting Hollandaise Sauce. Wife had a special large bowl of some of the best if not the best Steam Clams we ever had. Local fresh with celery, tomato, onion, garlic in a buttery wine sauce. Terri and Kata took good care of us and Hungarian Chef Thomas paid us a visit and all food made to order. Will visit again soon.

Adorable hidden gem! Shockingly good food, the burger was amazing. Loved sitting outside by the garden. Terry was such a sweetie and made me feel very welcome. Definitely will be coming back.

We were staying next-door at the Quality Inn and decided to try the Sunny Side Café. I have never had Hungarian food before, but it was awesome. I had scrambled eggs with a homemade sausage and peppers. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING. The pan seared tuna with salad is to die for. Beautiful, and everything in it very intentionally adds to the flavor!! Well seasoned tuna, creamy goat cheese with very good flavor, a good vinaigrette… I’m in awe.

Delicious and cozy. Really friendly staff. My kid and I sat at the bar. Great playlist. Loved the vibe. The Sunnyside burger was huge! They made it gluten free for my kid – hence the toast instead of a bun. She said it’s the best burger she’s had in years! She finished it! And the homemade fries lol! I had the Sunnyside salad. Swapped kale for arugula and I am percent returning for this zesty, fresh salad! The roasted chickpeas and avocado in lemon are a culinary experience.

Smaller breakfast restaurant with about 10 tables inside and a few outside. There always seems to be a wait, but their breakfast was worth the 40 minute wait. The coffee was good, though not exceptional, but the dishes were absolutely amazing. And gluten free options are available. The service was very slow, but maybe they were short staffed that day.

We unexpectedly ended up at Sunnyside today.
We were looking for a place to take our dog.
This was no problem, so we sat down on the Patio, the waitress Teri was taking care of us, she was great.
My wife had a grilled stuffed Croissant with ham and Brie cheese, that was awesome, I had a cup of Hungarian goulash soup and one of the daily specials, an asparagus risotto with grilled chicken.
Our food was probably the best lunch that we had in a long time, it was served hot and was tasteful.
The chef prepared everything from scratch what took a little longer but definitely worthwhile.
We will go back to Sunnyside and we can highly recommend it.
Thank you Teri for the great service, also from Lilly!

Terrible service and it was HOT. We were 2 people. We went today 12/26 at about 12:15 pm. The place was not full. The only waitress looked and acted stressed out. By the time she came to serve us, the place was empty. Barely 3 tables.
1) She forgot she had taken our drink order and came twice to ask what we were drinking.
2) I was served a “flat” Diet Coke
3) We weren’t even given straws for our drinks.
4) She took our food order. We went for a simple salad and panini.
5) We waited over an hour for it.
6) By the time it was ready, our lunchtime was more than over.
7) We had to take our food to go. The waitress looked annoyed at the request.
8) The waitress gave us both foods in one bag, didn’t even ask us if we wanted them separate. I asked her to separate it because we are 2 people, 2 foods, 2 bags.
9) She also didn’t ask us how did we want to pay. Instead she just brought 1 bill. It was close to $50 which my friend paid—-definitely not worth it.
10) My friend said her panini tasted weird and my salad was nothing to impress and a very little portion.
The wait was ridiculous, specially when other people came and ate their food while we were still waiting. Not an apology about the long wait, not sympathetic at all…I didn’t like the attitude.
Never going back.
