We were given the wrong order for takeout and after coming home, we called and the lady said to keep it. I went back to get our original order and she said I needed to bring back the original food and wouldn’t refund me even though my order was less than the order we mistakenly paid for. After a lot of back-and-forth she ignored me.
I’ve read some other reviews and the same lady behind the counter seems to be the common issue with people and their service. We’ve eaten here before and the food is good but I won’t be going back because of her.

I just went there and received very poor treatment from the staff, especially from an older woman who works there. She behaved very rudely, as if she were doing me a favor, and on top of that, she started saying rude things to me for no reason. I’m not going to say anything bad about their food because I didn’t even eat there after that, but I will complain about the treatment I received.

If I could give them zero stars, I would I will never come back here again. I watched a young black lady come in and wait patiently to pick up her Uber eats order she was a delivery driver. She was very kind the lady running the counter which I’m assuming is one of the owners was so rude to her bossing her around, made her move from one side of the counter to the other for no reason Very aggressive towards this woman even tried to tell her how to carry her delivery bags smh she even tried to get utensils for a customer, and the owner became aggressive and argumentative, and was yelling at her the Uber eats delivery driver grabbed the order to leave the owner/ female was snatching the bags from her, fighting them from her hands, for no reason telling her to confirm the order, but she kept telling the lady she already had, but the owner was too busy being aggressive, racist, and nasty towards this black woman instead of paying attention to her screen, It was so disgusting to watch her treat her like that. When the nice young lady was walking out, she told the owner to stop being racist towards Black people, and I agree with her! The owner, then from what I seen blocked her from picking up orders from that store and made a false complaint I then grabbed my order and left, and when I got outside, I seen the young lady sitting in her car and looked saddened by the behavior and I went up to her Car window and told her that she was a very nice lady and she did nothing wrong and that something is wrong with these people and it’s establishment and she told me thank you and I told her to not let her ruin her day. Y’all be careful who you give your money to.

This place is the worst place ever. Had heard amazing things about this place and after playing in the sun I was really excited to try this place. I had ran in after a long car ride needing to use restroom before being seated and as soon as the word restroom came out my mouth I was screamed at saying I can’t use the bathroom not at all letting me tell them I was going to eat there. Pissed me off so bad that we turned around and found somewhere else that didn’t scream at us. They lost out on a lot of money that night.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and barely got any sauce. Don’t even bother ordering here. Ringo Wok up the hill is way better. They ain’t out to serve good food. They just wanna skimp. If I wanted dry chicken nuggets, I woulda gone to McDonald’s.

This teriyaki restaurant used to be exceptional and was a weekly favorite, but they are now under new ownership. They reduced their lunch hours, raised prices considerably, and seemingly let go of their friendliest staff members.
They used to include a cup of sauce with the meal. Then they required that guests ask for it. Now they charge. That’s right; A TERIYAKI RESTAURANT CHARGES CUSTOMERS FOR TERIYAKI SAUCE!
This last visit, the tables were sticky, the floors filthy and covered in grime, and the staff weren’t particularly friendly.
I am very sad and disappointed that this once-great establishment has fallen so far.

I haven’t been here for a while but we decided to pick up takeout tonight. Our order consisted of 3 combination fried rice no veggie, 1 barbecue pork fried rice no veggie & 1combination chicken yakisoba no beef (only chicken & shrimp) & 2 orders of pork eggrolls.
The portions are great. The food taste great but I’m very disappointed in the amount of shrimp in the combination, fried rice, & the yakisoba.
Literally 2 pieces in the Yakisoba and 3 on each fried rice. Wow, my order after tipping what is $105.00
Probably won’t be returning anytime soon.

This has to be the absolute worst “restaurant” if you can call it that, I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. As soon as we walked in the door I should have ran in the opposite direction. As soon as we walked in the smell was overwhelming and can only be described as raw sewage mixed with fish. There was no hostess to greet us and we stood there waiting for 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. When we were finally greeted and were led to our table the floor was noticeably dirty as our feet were sticking to the floor.My family of four was seated in a back corner when the dining room was practically empty and had to wait another 15 mins before anyway came to take our drink order. The place was practically empty so we figured service would be quick we were wrong. What should have taken 45 mins we wound up having the misfortune of being in this establishment that is now what we call Hell on earth for an hour and a half. The food when we got it was disgusting soggy and didn’t resemble anything considered edible. They cant even make rice correctly. Was wo unbelievably disgusted by the whole experience that we paid our bill ( would have complained didn’t want to stick around a moment longer) and ran out of there. DO NOT EAT HERE DONT EVEN GO IN TO USE THE BATHROOM!!!!!
