Service was terrible. Nobody wore gloves that handled my food. The one girl who took my order used her finger to push my biscuit into a container with her phone in one hand the entire time. Entire experience was poor from the attitudes to the food quality. Won’t be back here again! 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. This crew needs to be trained on handling food properly and customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. Food is sub par. Every time I’ve ever got anything here it came to me cold. You really shouldn’t be out in the dining area on your phone while wrll over half the tables were dirty. The young man was on his break but the girl wasn’t. Also, is it really sanitary to be serving customer’s food when your weave is almost dragging the floor? Seriously, this behavior is completely uncalled for. This bojangles has a lot of potential because of the location, but it will never succeed because of the staff they have running it and inability to actually care about their jobs and what they’re there to do.

Went thru the drive thru Saturday morning and ordered 5 biscuits and got home and only received 4. The lady at the drive thru was kinda rude. 15 minute drive home and didn’t feel like driving 30 minutes round trip to get a biscuit. So let my son have mine and I went without a biscuit. Fries were not fresh at all.

Came to pick up an online order. I waited over 30 minutes for an order that the manager “Nick” advised would only take 5 minutes. They parked several cars and one of the customers from the drive thru came in and advised he had now been waiting 30 minutes. “Nick” the manager advised “very rudely” “You can get your money back. He never apologized or tried to accommodate the customer. Very poor managerial skills. Horrible customer service.

I did not actually get a meal. Pulled up at the drive-thru at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night and they did not have any chicken sandwich meat. Then I ordered your new bobites and they didn’t have any sauces they were rude and uncaring about the way they handled customer service. Now I know why there was nobody at your restaurant and Culver’s had a line all the way out to the street. I stayed at Culver’s that day and Will from now on

I came in to pick up an online order. First of all, the manager acted as though he was oblivious to what was going on. He can’t possibly be Serv Safe certified. The entire staff was acting up. They were eating pizza in the back. It took me twenty min to pick up my food. They had biscuits on the ground. Pizza on the counter. Trash under the counters. A broom that wasn’t used on the ground. They don’t use gloves. They’re not sanitary at all. You don’t want to order from here. I ended up not taking my food after I saw the things I saw. By far, the most grotesque restaurant I have EVER experienced in my life.

This location along with most other Bojangles locations in the area is extremely substandard. You can’t understand the unprofessional way they talk over the speakers at the drivethru, quality of the food is off, speed of service is off and the reason is simple. The district manager for these locations is terrible. I say this because I have spoken with him and when you tell him something that happened at one of his locations he just uses excuses. It is easy to spot the issue is with the leadership. I travel for work and I can tell you first hand Bojangles in NC, VA and other places I have visited are far superior. Recently on trips to NC and VA I noticed that they still use the microphone to call out the orders. Here nah they don’t do that anymore. Fire the DM and you could maybe get these locations back in line with the rest of the company.

This store is nasty. I understand the food industry but the GM doesn’t care. You can tell from the cleanliness to the order accuracy to how he lets his employees act. Create a better culture and people will work for you. It takes hard work but find someone willing to do the hard work.
