Was there on Saturday afternoon and both times I interacted with the person at the booth they were extremely rude – apparently it’s a bother if you have a question about the menu. We still decided to order, didn’t get a notification when the food was ready, walked up to the window to ask about my order and they said nothing, just walked away, put my food on the counter and rudely turned away again. This guy could use some manners. Aside from the service being horrible, the elote empanada and the ice cream sandwich were actually pretty good. Service at the other booths was much more pleasant.

Had an order I wanted to place but needed to remove tomatoes and cheese from the avocado toast and they checked with the “Sous-chef” who told the employee they weren’t allowed to modify the avocado toast. Pretty stupid policy. I canceled all the food I was going to order there and ordered from one of the other places instead.
