This place is honestly a GEM. I rarely ever go to Anoka, but I actively seek this place out on my cheat days! You can tell that the ingredients they use are high quality. The people are always super friendly and I have never had a bad experience.

I was really looking forward to having lunch here. However, there was not any place for four people to sit comfortably. They only had a table for two and an uncomfortable looking higher bar style table. I was told the closest restroom was at the Holiday Station. We went elsewhere for lunch. I did purchase some bakery items. The limpa bread and lavender cookies were delicious! The lingonberry bar was thrown away, because it had a strange taste. I was extremely disappointed.

Incredible Swedish baked goods, many gluten free. I was lucky enough to grab a slice of princess cake (which they typically only make on special occasions). Creamy, almond goodness in every bite, and gluten free. The Budapest roll, fruit tangy mixed with cream rolled in meringue, I mean do I need to say more? Oh, and gluten free! We also tried the matrix bar, better than a Twix; almond cookies; cup cake. It’s probably good that it’s located in Anoka, and I’m not! I would definitely have a problem with self-control!

Pretty great bakery. I tried a half dozen different items here. Favorite by far is the sourdough. Came out fresh Saturday morning and was still warm when I got home. Absolutely fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. Pastries are mildly sweet, which is perfect. Pre-packaged items are way too sweet imo. I haven’t tried their sandwiches, but given how great everything else has been so far, I’m very excited to come back to try them.

Wow, I don’t often leave reviews but the pastries here are the best I’ve ever had. Not overly sweet, complex yet simple, unique…Not to mention both that I sampled were still slightly warm. So fresh! There’s a reason Krown has so many reviews and maintains a 4.9 rating. Go now!

I’ve been here a couple times and everything is delicious. Their Limpa (swedish rye bread) is really good and their cardamon bread is superb. Add in the pastries, cookies and other goodies and it’s hard to decide what to get.

I’ll go to this place solely for the Krown bakery. I don’t care how far I need to travel for this place. It’s beautifully made, presented, and the taste does not leave you wanting. Everything is amazingly delicious! I’m obsessed with this place and look forward to every visit. I can’t recommend this place enough! They also make bread and have wonderful sandwiches. Staff are also very friendly!
