Best meal I had while visiting Asheville!! The shrimp and grits were absolutely amazing and my boyfriend really enjoyed the stuffed French toast. There was already a line forming waiting for the restaurant to open and we were still seated, served and out the door within an hour. Friendly staff and speedy service! Will be thinking about this breakfast for a long time.

My husband and I saw that this was the most recommended breakfast spot in Asheville and it did not disappoint! There was quite a wait, but the food and service was more than worth it. Our server was extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros and breakfast sandwich meals. We were able to grab coffee at their bakery (Rabbit Hole) and walk around the garden which made our wait time fly by! We will be back next time we are in AVL!

Peach pond cake stuffed french toast and plain jane french toast. The plain jane french toast was a thick bread which was nice but overall lacked a bit of flavor. The stuffed french toast was very interesting as the filling was similar to a pate. There was live music for a little while which was nice because our wait was an hour and fifteen minutes. Everyone was friendly, but it was very busy.So our waitress didn’t make it back to check on us more than once.

Be prepared to wait. Let me to tell IT IS WORTH IT! Coming from someone who waited over an hour for a table. Everything we ordered was delicious. The staff is excellent!! The praline latte is absolutely to die for. Cannot say enough about this place. They have a bakery across the parking lot that sells drinks, baked goods, and items that would make perfect gifts!

Such a lovely place! There was a 45 minute wait when we got there, but we didn’t care at all and spent the time in their kitchen garden. There is so much beautiful outdoor seating and the restaurant’s commitment to local is outstanding!

Happened upon this place by accident—so glad we ate here! The breakfast bahn mi was one of the most creative, delicious plates of food I’ve ever had. I kept stealing my husband’s chicken and waffle sandwich because it was so, so good. Loved washing it all down with a spicy Bloody Mary. Service was also top notch. Hopefully we will be back when we’re in Asheville again!

This place has it all! Simply the best food we’ve ever had for breakfast. Waitress was very friendly and smiling, it’s in a pretty cool area of town. The chicken and waffles were amazing. The breakfast sandwiches had a great sauce.
