This is my most favorite dim sum restaurant so far.
I don’t wanna wait 2 or 3h for Din tai fung. I didn’t have no waiting time. The dumplings are very delicious and flavorful.
Also we can buy frozen dumplings and eat at home. It’s very good quality!!

Very yummy! Supposedly more busy at dinner than lunch. Can order at the counter or via QR code at the table or they can take your order at the table. Need to have a table to order. Ample parking in the center. Ordered pork dumpling, soup dumplings, Dan Dan noodles. Cucumber, green beans, thin onion pancake. All excellent.

We took our teenage kids here for Valentine’s Day and this was a great experience all around! The food was authentic and delicious! The service was great and we loved the atmosphere. Our kids had to learn how to use chopsticks since they did have not have forks and that made the whole experience even better! We had so much fun. Get the green beans! I could have eaten the whole plate by myself! Thank you, Sunny Dumpling House! We’ll be back when we visit Newport again!

Green onion pancakes are thin and crispy which is my favorite. Xiao Long Bao and Pan Fried dumpling are soupy just not as good as I had in Shanghai, but still really good. My friend love all of them and his favorite is spicy wonton.

This is a great restaurant to enjoy dumplings and noodle soup etc. the taste was great for certain items to my opinion. You have to try and see which ones may stimulate your taste buds to enjoy.

You can enjoy dim sum without having to wait in long lines like at Din Tai Fung. A cozy, small, typical Chinese restaurant. I had beef noodle soup and pan-fried dumplings, both delicious with absolutely no gamey taste. At the corner of the opened kitchen, three old ladies were constantly rolling out dumpling wrappers. No wonder they’re so fresh.

First time visiting since the new owner took over — the quality of the xiaolongbao is surprisingly good, and the prices are much more affordable than Din Tai Fung! I’ll definitely be coming back often!
