I went to school in Wisconsin so when I saw a Culver’s, I HAD to take my coworker. We good two value baskets with limited edition coolers (my fave) and Quan gave us TOP NOTCH customer service. She had great energy, she was accommodating and patient with our ever changing orders, she add all of our alterations and she even read everything back to us to make sure it was right.
Following that… The food was exceptionally prepared and exactly what we needed after a long day of errands. Thank you so much, Team for your service today. You made a new fan in my friend and she even wants to come back before she heads back to Texas!

Curdside service turned into delayed carryout. I arrived early, checked in and still waited 12 minutes past my pick up time. I had to go inside to get my online curbside pickup order. Plenty of customers came and went before me. Plenty of unoccupied staff at the counter when I went inside. My order was set aside in a counter top fridge, most likely forgotten. No apology for the error. My custurd shake was thin and runny. So much for saving time by ordering ahead. Please do better.

8/14/25. Stopped by Culver’s for lunch and it was just as expected. Easy to order and fast service. It was lunch time and it was getting a bit crowded. The burger was good as usual along with the fries.

Staff and location were happy and clean. I would eat here again. They lost major points on the burger. Seems like it was cooked yesterday, poorly cared for, and poorly reheated for us. I’ve had Culver products that were good ‘fast-food’ qualiy. But this burger needs to be re-engineered. Won’t buy it again.

I was in your drive through today and ordered two meals. One kids meal single butter burger and a single butter burger meal, I specifically asked for no cheese on the butter burger meal. I received the butter burger meal with two slices of cheese-only to realize once I had already left. I normally receive the best service and food from this Culver’s location but today was a miss. I even tried to call and speak with a manager after I left and no answer and not able to leave a message as voicemail was full.

Indulging in a delicious first-time Culver’s lunch in Orlando! We were on vacation and this Culver location is across our resort hotel. The ButterBurgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the cashew salad was refreshing.
The service was quick and friendly as we took some time to figure what to order. They give you table number and the order arrived quick and hot (at least the burger and fries). Hubby said the burger was really good with high quality toppings. My salad was really big and wasn’t able to eat it all.
The restaurant was not busy when we visited but it was large, bright and clean. I liked the touch of the blue plastic fork and knife. Coming from Vancouver, all our single use utensils are made with wood. 🙂
Next time I see a Culver’s during my travels in USA, we didn’t have room to try the custard. I heard it’s to die for!

Okay, so contrary to what some people say, Culver’s has the best burgers in the fast-food industry. There, I said it. The beef tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned… every single time!
During my last visit, I decided to go on an adventure and tried the Cod Dinner. It was great! The batter was crispy and well-seasoned, and the fish was flaky, moist, and tasted super fresh. The fries were good, and the coleslaw was absolutely delicious.
This was a hit for me, and once Lent starts, I’ll be coming here more often. I might try their Walleye Dinner next.
The staff was great, as always, and the restaurant was clean. There was an employee walking around making sure the place stayed spotless. Great job!
By the way… try their chili. It’s a banger!

The hamburger patties were overly greasy and my walleye sandwich was lacking I for lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and light tartar sauce it was put together very poorly I was expecting a much better experience.
Maybe if I give it another try they can improve on the food quality.

Stopped here for lunch while shopping in the area. I think I was confused by the “create your own butterberger ” section of the menu. The wife ordered from it, just a single with cheese and certain condiments in a basket. I was looking at butterburgers when the server asked me questions for the “create your own” menu. I did say I wanted a double. We paid and sat down. The meal came quickly. When I opened my sandwich to check the condiments, I noticed there was only one beef patty. I checked our receipt and saw they only charged me for a single, the same as the wife’s, not a buttergberger. So, no harm, no foul. I’ll do better the next time. And when shopping in this area of Orlando, we will come back here Great food, clean dining area, pleasant, friendly staff, and good prices.

It was our first time at this location and they did not disappoint. We went for lunch. I had their cod sandwich, my wife some chicken tenders. Both were cooked perfectly. The only thing I would change is they put cheese on their fish sandwiches which I personally don’t care for, but that’s on me, not them. Good location. Service was fast despite being fairly busy. Highly recommended.
