Walked in and reminded me of an old fashion counter like ME Moses when I was a kid. The fact it was an old bank building was cool. There were many flavor varieties and our choices were creamy and delicious. Loved the atmosphere and on a hot day hit the spot.

The shop is absolutely beautiful. You can smell the waffle cones while walking outside past the shop. They have seating at the bar area as well as small tables. Glass sodas in tons of flavors as well as many ice cream flavors to choose from. It’s my favorite desert spot when my husband and I want to have a little date just enjoying ice cream and having a chat. You can pay cash or card.

We had a fantastic visit to Sundae in Paris today! It’s a charming dessert spot with a lot of character and history — it used to be a First State Bank and later an old bar. They have transformed it beautifully! The space is fun, clean, and inviting — perfect for a family outing. The ice cream was delicious. A great mix of small-town charm and sweet treats. Highly recommend if you’re in Paris, Tx!

I decided on an ice cream flight today. All flavors were outstanding. Above that was the two young lady’s working today. They provided excellent service, conversation, and kindness to a girl who stopped in to apply… these two young ladies are exemplary employees….

Remember the drugstore in the classic It’s A Wonderful Life movie? This ice-cream parlor reminds me of that. But with more ice cream flavors. Fresh and about half of the selection’s homemade. The Brown sugar Cinnamon & Christmas flavors like Eggnog are homemade. Love that the ice cream’s not too sweet but they’re creamy. Yum! The 40s & 50s classic music really adds to that 50s vibe. It’s Christmas lights & decor and it’s proximity to the park is great. Worth the drive from Dallas.

It’s not quite made from scratch because they use bottled root beer, but Definitely the next best thing to old fashioned creameries that make root beer floats from scratch. This this place was fantastic! Everything we tried was flavorful.

Boy howdy was the ice cream AMAZING! It’s all home made and they even make the waffles in house as well. Highly suggest trying the afagato which was a scoop of ice cream and espresso and it was delightful! If your looking for a sweet treat this is the place to go.

If you plan on visiting Paris, Texas, save room for a visit to Sundae in Paris. Plan on eating the ice cream in house and hope for a seat upstairs. We had 3 different scoops of ice cream all were delicious. For those that can not decide, Sundae in Paris has ice cream flights and mini ice cream flights!
