Jeremy was our server and he was amazing. He took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions to us. Everything we ordered was delicious- if I could give it 10 stars I would! We will definitely be back! A wonderful new addition to the city!
We tried the sake flight, the espresso martini flight (a must if you love espresso martinis), and a few other cocktails. For food we had the tiger shrimp tempura, bulgogi tacos, wagyu crispy rice, spicy tuna crispy rice, baked snow crab hand roll, and the Yuzu Ribeye. Everything was excellent. Our standouts were definitely the tiger shrimp tempura and the spicy tuna crispy rice, but honestly there wasn’t a single miss.
Beautiful space, great vibes, great service, and amazing food. If this is what the soft opening looks like, they’re going to crush it. Highly recommend
The food more than lives up to the setting. The Brussels sprouts come mixed with cabbage and other crisp additions that give them great texture. The honey aioli shrimp balances sweetness with a gentle kick, and the red dragon sushi roll became a surprise favorite after the staff convinced me to try eel for the first time—an instant convert. The pad Thai and chicken fried rice both had solid, satisfying flavor, while the vegetable curry was the standout: light, aromatic, and full of perfectly crisp vegetables. Drinks were fun to explore as well; the emerald mocktail leans heavier on coconut milk than expected, but the martini flight is worth ordering, especially the purple martini made with Japanese sweet potato (ubi).
The service added to the experience. Every server we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They clearly care about the food and want guests to enjoy it. The only area still finding its rhythm is the flow of service—dishes came out in a slightly unpredictable order, and with several servers assisting us at the bar, things felt a bit scattered at times. But these are the kinds of kinks that smooth out with time, and once they do, they’ll be absolutely golden.
