The tall African American gentleman who served us went above and beyond. He refilled our drinks, brought extra sauces, gave drawing kits to kids, held the door, and even ran into the kitchen to personally deliver another customer’s order. With his big smile and attentive service, I felt like I was in a fine dining restaurant. My husband and I were truly amazed—this is the kindest, most exceptional service we’ve ever experienced at McDonald’s. We will definitely be coming back!

Way to go people. Special order I asked for no onions.
What I got was lots of onions.
And a bonus of a burnt, stale, hard, cold piece of meat.
I scraped off the onions and tried to eat the hamburger. It was not edible.
The taste of onions with a hockey-puck piece of meat.
What a waste of money.

I haven’t been inside of McDonald’s in a while, it was shocking. There are no cashiers anymore, you have to make your order with a giant iPad you can’t even talk to human being.

Your food is handed to you out of window in a paper bag no trays anymore. I wasn’t given any ketchup and it was awkwardly soon there for about 3 minutes before a human walked past the bunker window.

No soda machine in the lobby even, if you get free refills I wouldn’t know how.

A totally bizarre experience and I will never ever go through it again.

Apparently this qualifies as “tons of salsa” which I only mentioned at the window 4 times politely. I want more than 3 bro lol I have 4 items in my bag. Mind you, I was the only person in the entire drive thru at 4:30am

I came thru the drive thru mainly to get a ” pup cup” for Our Boston Terrier. I ordered a small fry a large water and a a pup cup. Paid. Pulled
forward to get my food. He handed me the water and fries- I said the pup cup. He said the owner doesn’t do that here. I grabbed the water out of Marc’s hands handed the food back and said I want a refund.

McDonald’s makes billions and if this company or any company can’t support the very simple principle
of a pup cup. This establishment won’t be getting my money.

McChicken was super good and crispy, well made and came hot, only complaint for the sandwich is it came flatter than my tire and they only put mayo on the left side of the sandwich. Also, the Peppermint Mocha McCafe drink tasted like nothing & plastic, and for some reason, there was GLITTER in my drink and there was a dry layer over the liquid, and the chocolate syrup was sunk down to the bottom of my drink. No peppermint, no mocha, no chocolate, just plastic. NASTY!

I guess I annoyed them when I didn’t tell them my app code promptly after the automated “will you be using your mobile app”. I didn’t know I was expected to say my code right after . Usually a cashier will politely ask for the code. Nope. “In order to not waste your time and our time, please say the code promptly next time” I get to the cashier window, it took him a solid minute to acknowledge me. This was at 10:40pm on 10/28/25. Whatever he was doing is more important than the customers that pay his check. I get it your job sucks. Doesn’t mean you need to project on to your paying customers . We’ve all been through it. We all started somewhere. You pay your dues. To top it off , the food was cold. Big Mac had browning lettuce and nuggets were shriveled up . Never again. Go to a different location.

Usually service at this locatiin is wayyyy better, tonight however, all the workers seemed to be put out to even help us, which really was just bringing the food that we ordered from the indoor kiosk. Seriously rude enough that id rather travel further just to not have to deal with the attitudes!!! :/

Smiles Are Free. Really??? What about free drink refills??? Insulting corporate greed at its finest!

Also, about the new McValue menu. Yeah, we’re essentially going to give you the same app coupons, $5 meals, and BOGO for $1, but only going to call it something new to create more hype and waste consumers’ time.
