My aunt ordered food from here. Although, she was very satisfied with the food purchase, until, she bit into her egg roll and there was a piece of a cleaning pad inside of it . We called and we were met with a poor customer service attitude. This is unacceptable behavior. The customer service needs to improve tremendously. Wait area needs to be cleaned. Although the food is always good, wish the service was even better. Customer service training is recommended as well as a cleaning service. I gave it a single star because of the lack of empathy towards customers.

Ordered from door dash. My fried shrimp looked and tasted like it was sitting for hours. The half cup of Mongolian beef was thrown into a container 3 times it’s size it tasted ok. I ordered 3 spring rolls and only received one. The vegetable lo mein only contained noodles broccoli and some old looking baby corn in a sub par tasting sauce. However, they did give me SIX patties of some very well done shrimp egg foo young. Oh- and one of the two large gravies spilled in the bag. Fortunately I had a half off promo code as a result of the first door dash driver who stole my order. So I didn’t take a huge loss. I can cook so I doctored everything up with lots of fresh veggies & seasonings! Take heed if you’re having it delivered.

I saw it was pretty popular so I wanted to check it out for the first time. I tried calling but got no answer because they said a busy call volume so I just decided to take the 20 min drive there. Only to get there and have this man say “we’re not accepting orders because everyone on break.” I waste my time, gas and drive in that snow for absolutely nothing. I guess I won’t know how they are because they just made me not ever wanna come back.

Delicious food! When I arrived to pick it up, the guy behind the counter was friendly and gave me a heads up about the pole in the parking lot when I went to back out. The Chicken Fried Rice was tasty af and I loved the addition of bean sprouts. I also really enjoyed the Egg Drop Soup.
