First visit. Sushi was very fresh and delicious. Rolls were small by comparison to other places. Service was slow considering only a few customers when we arrived. Very reasonably priced. Quaint atmosphere. We would go again to try other choices based on the freshness of our order.

Okay so when I eat sushi, I truly only ever get tuna, salmon, and veggie rolls. So speaking on just those roll variations, they were great. I had a Veggie Lava roll and this was the BEST veggie roll I’ve ever eaten at any sushi place. I had never even seen anything like it. It was very good. My experience overall was pleasant and the atmosphere is really nice. The place isn’t huge. When I went it wasn’t busy and it was fairly quiet which was nice. I will say the tables and chairs were low, so tall people be warned, you may want to sit in the sushi bar area.

A nice little sushi joint in downtown Rochester.
We came for dinner on a Tuesday night and there was still a decent crowd.
The host and especially our waitress were incredibly friendly and personable.
The drinks were great and the sushi was even better.
The hibachi was good and they were nice enough to provide us extra yum yum sauce.
Will be coming back for sure.

very poor service, I called to ask a question if the place was still open because downtown Rochester was blocked off, people couldn’t drive through, so I wanted to make sure the restaurant was still open. When I called and asked this the lady on the phone gave poor manners saying “and, why wouldn’t we be” when I was simply asking a question. Is this how you treat your customers, with that attitude I will take my business somewhere else, treat your customers with respect or get a bad review!
