I’ve been coming here for a while and used to love their phở, but lately it hasn’t been the same. The broth tasted thinner and much less flavorful than before, it felt watered down and missing that signature depth. They were also out of the cream puffs that night and didn’t mention it, which was a small disappointment. I’m sharing this because I really want this place to get back to the quality it once had, it used to be a favorite of mine.

We entered into an empty restaurant, but we did arrive within an hour of closing.
The menu had only pho , different sizes and different options. Chicken and beef.
I ordered the small beef combo and my partner ordered the extra large beef combo.
We were served a couple cream puffs as a complimentary appetizer. They were a nice airy creamy treat to start the meal. We didn’t have to wait long for our pho to arrive.
The small was a perfect amount of me and my partner finished the extra large, it was huge.
The broth was delicious, it hit the spot . We loved the chewy texture of the noodles. Overall we really enjoyed this restaurant and will be coming back, especially because it’s five minutes away from us.

Its simple. We go here because the phó is the best. Nothing fancy, nothing over the top. Just the best phó.
The wait staff will take your order, bring the food, then leave you alone. And that’s fine. I will always return

This place is not living up to the big name of Pho Than Brothers. I wondered why the place is so empty, unlike other Pho Than Bros, when we arrived. Then we discovered:
Tables and dining room look reasonably clean.
Sufficient choices of Pho’s to your likes. Prices look reasonable when comparing to other Pho places.
Reasonably good portion size and quality of meat and noodle.
But…….
Broth tasted not as rich as typical. Feels like it was watered down.
Service was next to none.
Dining room was dead silent, and temperature was VERY cold so that we wanted to leave ASAP. Our hands and feet were cold even after having a bowl of hot pho.
A soggy cream puff. (Well, it’s free. So you get what you pay for.)

One of the few pho places I’ve found with a completely vegetarian option! The broth is mild but flavourful, and theyre generous with the tofu, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms.
If you come during dinner hours, they include a cream puff for dessert – and they’re filled with actual cream, not whipped cream.

Minimal decor/ambiance. Super fast service. BUT – how the front of house lady treat customers is based on their skin colors. As she took our orders her face showed nothing but disgust (i.e. a resting mean face and zero eye contact). Afterwards I saw her pull off a friendly face (and smile) when taking orders for another table with people of a different skin color.

This is by far the best pho restaurant in the Seattle area. No more, no less.

Pho wasn’t bad. But the lady who works there was mean as hell. First, when she took our order she did not look happy at all like she was disgusted. And when she brought the pho out she almost slammed it on our table that some broth splashed. I looked at her and she walked away. I’m not one to write bad reviews about restaurants. I just won’t go there but this place I had to. I would’ve put zero tips if it weren’t for the young guy who was actually nice.

We’ve been coming here for many years and we like it a lot. Consistent food quality and the lady who runs the restaurant is an honerable and hospitable person. There are some servers that smell like cigarette smoke which is a turnoff.
