I’ll never forget my first visit to the freshly renovated mountain haul bar! This is the type of place where you can forget your troubles. Where everyone knows your name— well not everyone, just Gigi and not your name, just Tecoas. But nevertheless you can feel at home here. Shout out Gigi for her incredibly rejuvenating spirit, while serving up some incredibly rejuvenating spirits. The ceiling fans were very cool as well. And look at that view! 5 stars!

From the moment you hop off the Chile Express Lift, the vibes are immaculate. Summit Haus greets you with cozy lodge feels, friendly staff that are all smiles, and a menu that hits just right when you’re in full après-ski mode.
We cozied up on the outdoor deck, basking in the sunshine with skies so blue they looked fake! ☀️ The backdrop? Endless mountain ranges and perfectly dusted tree lines. ⛷️ And hey, what’s better than sipping a cold brew or hot chocolate at the top of the world? Cheers to that!

The ski lift runs from 9 am to 4 pm, but the Summit is only open from 10 am to 3 pm — kind of a mismatch. This place could be such a great après-ski spot where people could hang out, enjoy music, and relax after a long day on the slopes. Unfortunately, there’s nothing like that here.

So hubby and I went up to the Summit Haus figuring we’d get a nice hot lunch at the top. Previewed the menu. But when we went to order they only had cold sandwiches and chips($5 for chips???!!!) That’s OUTRAGEOUS!! Not what the menu says!! Can’t beat the view though!!!!

Great views, and nice seating indoors and outdoors.
Prices are a bit high as expected for a mountain top experience. I wish they did veterans discounts though. For the prices, a 10% break for vets would be great.

Great bistro at the summit of Angel Fire, just after the Chile lift unload. It’s cozy, warm and has great views of liberation park and the path to the backside of the ski resort. The bistro offers sandwiches, hot chocolate, beer, snacks, coffee and during holidays they offer expanded menu with items such as burgers. A must once you get off the Chile lift, either at the start, middle or end of your ski day!

This restaurant is located at the top of the Chili Express. Quick lunch options are present as is a full bar. The balcony overlooks Liberation Park. There are bathrooms pent and when you leave, you are at the intersection of multiple trails.
