I love finding new spots so when I was looking for a chicken shawarma this restaurant popped up and I decided to give it a try. Very very happy with that decision . I got a chicken shawarma that was on Markouk vs a pita. It’s the first time I’ve had this bread and it was so good! Great friendly staff who even gave me a side of buffalo garlic sauce which took the sandwich up another notch! Make sure to give this spot a try!!! ❤️

I’ve been here a few times now and the food has been great each time. The steak sub is wonderful along with the chicken Caesar wrap. Also tried the chicken and meat shawarmas and they were super yummy. Will definitely be going back here to make my way through all the options.

Suma’s Grill & Sandwiches is an absolute gem, and hands down one of the best spots in Dearborn if you love shawarma done right. From the very first bite, it’s clear this place takes flavor seriously.
The shawarma sandwiches are nothing short of incredible—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with bold, authentic flavor. The meat is tender with just the right amount of char, wrapped in warm, fresh bread, and balanced beautifully with crisp veggies and sauces that elevate every bite without overpowering it. It’s the kind of sandwich you think about long after you’ve finished it.
And then there are the shawarma eggrolls—a total showstopper. Crispy on the outside, savory and flavorful on the inside, they’re a creative twist that works exceptionally well. The crunch paired with the rich shawarma filling is addictive, and they’re easily one of the best appetizers I’ve had anywhere.
