I hate giving bad reviews, but the one time I stopped here I ordered a 12oz iced caramel latte, and what I received looked like mostly milk. Weirdly the menu did not have prices, and crazy enough my drink was over $6 which felt very pricey for the product I received. Probably won’t be stopping through for coffee anytime soon, but hopefully they update their menu with pricing and can take the feedback and make sure there is a good ratio of espresso to milk to ensure a happy customer.

I come here nearly once every week to treat myself to a nice and easy breakfast. The service is always fast, the workers are always so pleasant, and the quality of coffee and breakfast sandwiches is perfect. I’ve literally never had a bad experience here! It’s almost a week after Thanksgiving as I’m writing this, and I have to say that I have always been very thankful to Jitters for making me a nice treat for myself every week!<3

My wife and I have gone to Jitters twice this year, once this summer (2024) and today (12/31/24). Both times we have had a young girl working the shop, and she has been dressed very inappropriately, enough to make both of us highly uncomfortable, and honestly has made us kept us from going back. Don’t know if we will continue to go if the workers don’t dress more professionally and appropriately.

Jitter’s coffee is some of the best around. They are friendly and fast. Had to stop going there so much because they started to remember my order, and that was a sign that I was spending too much money on coffee. I hope they find the rest of that train someday.

The food and coffee are always amazing here! The wraps are simple but delicious, and they have a mini version that is the perfect size for my toddler. And the staff is sweet and always strive to give you their best. I definitely need to stop by more!

Decided to try this place as I was passing through a few days ago. Glad I did! I prefer iced coffees and Alex made an excellent recommendation. It was absolutely perfect! Not only was the coffee excellent, but both Alex and Stephanie were very nice. I’ll be stopping here any time I pass through Baldwin!

I visited Jitters for the first time this morning and my Barista was awesome! I told her my preferences and she suggested an amazing drink! They also offer a good variety of non diary products to substitute milk. And their prices are great! Will definitely visit again

Great little place to swing by for delicious coffee and other drinks like chai tea. Has good breakfast options for on the go. Highly recommend if you’re in town!
