Terrible service, burnt food, and no accountability:
One of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Everything was painfully slow and disorganized.
We placed our appetizer order and had to remind them to even take our main order. About 20 minutes later, they finally did. We waited around 45 minutes for the appetizer, which only arrived after I reminded the waiter we had ordered one ..they had clearly forgotten.
By the time our main dishes came, we’d been there for over an hour. We ordered lamb and chicken. The lamb was actually good, but the chicken was a complete disaster. It was supposed to be spicy, but instead of real flavor, it was just covered in chili powder. The pepper was burnt, and the dish had a bitter, burnt aftertaste that made it completely inedible.
Mind you, I eat very spicy food daily .. this wasn’t about heat. It was simply ruined. When I told the waiter it was burnt and bitter, not just spicy, he argued and refused to do anything. I didn’t ask for a refund, only for it to be replaced because it was truly inedible. He insisted “it’s supposed to be this way,” ignored my concern, said “okay,” then disappeared.
It took another 10 minutes just to get the check, and even then no one came to collect it. I had to walk up to pay while other tables were being served normally.
Overall, the food was inconsistent and the service was terrible. No accountability, no apology, and no sense of customer care. One dish had potential, but the experience from start to finish was so bad I wouldn’t go back.

My mum and I went out for a meal here recently, trying it out for the first time. We were very pleasantly surprised by this place! Everything looked very well taken care off and the staff were incredibly friendly. The menu was versatile and there were simply too many options to choose from, leading us to sharing several plates. The staff was an incredible mix of people, from various countries and backgrounds, and they were more than happy to come over to the table to chat when prompted. The food was very delicious! We will definitely recommend this to our friends whenever we have an airport pick up 😉

This is a Valentine’s Day lunch alone; leave a very satisfying heart.

Decided to try this restaurant as we were close by. Absolutely delicious meal, authentic and fresh. We dined on the outside terrace at the rear of the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and eager to make sure that everything was perfect. Manager came over to see for himself. Delightful.
