Sandwiches stuffed with fresh, flavorful ingredients that are placed in our steamer until the bagel gets warm and soft and the ingredients achieve the peak of tastiness. Now, we’re not a bagel shop. We’re a sandwich shop that just makes bagel sandwiches to order. Our sandwiches range from the classics – Phillies, Reubens, Italians – to healthier options like egg and cheese, vegan hummus and veggies. Oh, and our specialty sandwiches are just that—special. Sully’s is fantastic, let me start with the food. Their steamed sandwichs are delicious, fresh and full of creativity. The service was excellent, the store was clean and everything was well run. My only regret is that there isn’t a Sully’s near where I live, this restaurant is a great place to get a tasty sandwich!!!

Delicious, flavorful bite every time, and they don’t skimp out on the ingredients including the meat. A unique and satisfying experience. The staff are patient and kind, the modern atmosphere is welcoming, and sitting outside with your pet is welcome. They even bring out a water dish for them – that alone is positive points in my book.

Let me start from walking in. Ashley served us, best employee!!! If I had a business I would steal her away. The food choices were just right. Definitely varied and numerous, but not overwhelming. The food was amazing. The bagels reminded me of a New York deli and the ingredients were fresh. I got the partridge family and my wife got the Mr T (and I don’t “pity the fool” who orders this). There open for breakfast and lunch, you won’t be disappointed!

Love, love, love Sully Steamers since we lived in South Carolina. But this location is superb. Ashley who waited on us at the front, fabulous! She is kind, informative and just has a great personality. The young gentlemen who cooked our food, gave me great recommendations for a new sandwich. I will also note I observed their shift handoffs and it was seamless. If you haven’t tried their sandwiches – do it! You won’t be disappointed! And this location is my favorite now. We will be back!

During my visit I had the Reedy Reuben. The portions were great and the only complaint I have is that the bagel was soggy. However, it was still very delicious. The dining room is well decorated with plenty of seating. The wait was short and the staff were nice.

The lady who takes orders with red hair and glasses is wonderful! She goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of every-time I come in. The whole staff is happy to be working there and they reflect that through their service and gregarious demeanor.

My family LOVES Sully’s. The steamed bagel sandwiches are delicious and I like that they have a millet & flax option for gluten free. The staff is always kind and attentive. One of my favorite spots in JC! My daughter rates it a million stars, my son says 5 out of 5. If you’re on the fence – try it out!

We were in this plaza and this restaurant caught our eye. We are so glad we went in for lunch. It was amazing. Steamed bagel sandwiches. Never had them before but they were so good. They have breakfast options that are available all day. I got the Reedy Reuben on an everything bagel. My husband got the Steamenstein on an Asiago bagel (corned beef, pastrami, Swiss & spicy mustard).
We then each got a Tiger Paw for dessert (plain cream cheese on a French toast bagel with cinammon sugar).
Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring it out to your table. If you get a drink, you serve yourself at either the soda fountain, fresh coffee, or sweet or unsweetened iced tea.
We will definitely return often when in Johnson City.

I’ve been to Sully’s Steamers before, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. All the sandwiches I’ve tried have been very good. This time I got The Griswold on Asiago. Yummy. If I had one complaint, it would be that they only gave me two napkins. The sandwiches are good, but way too messy for just two napkins!
