Amazing food and portions size! Everything is always super delicious and I even made a request for crispier bacon and they delivered perfectly! So yummy! Will be eating here more versus other fast food choices.

I’m from Columbus. I was visiting some friends in Bellefontaine; I had passed by this place and decided to stop on the way back, about 20 minutes before they closed. I had high hopes from the online reviews.

From the get, the vibe was off. When I pulled up to the speaker at the menu board I was met with an impatient, “What can I get you?” I said that this was my first time there and I was looking at the menu real quick. The response was an annoyed, “k, lemme know when you know what you want.” I fought the urge to just drive away. I wish I would have listened to that instinct.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla for $12.50 plus a tip. The girl at the window had a weird interaction with my dog, through the glass, before opening the window. I couldn’t tell if it was playful or sarcastic; weird is the only adjective I have for it. She thrust the credit card machine out I asked if it was tap-to-pay. I tapped to pay. It didn’t recognize my card so she plucked it out of my fingers and ran it through. She then thrust the credit card machine out again and said to choose a tip.

I waited 8-10 minutes for my food, which was reasonable. While waiting I noticed two other workers in the building looking just as surly and annoyed as the employee at the window. I then noticed by the soda machine that they had very small white bowls big enough for a small soup or maybe a scoop of ice cream. When I was handed my food I asked if I could have one with a little bit of water in it for my dog (I had forgotten his water dish at my friend’s place.) I was told no. Didn’t even counter with a price for the bowl and all that. I was more than willing to pay for the water and bowl. But no was the final answer. I mumbled something about figuring out a solution for him for on the way back to Columbus and pulled away. I was now transformed from a good mood to a crappy one from this interaction… and I still hadn’t even tried the food yet.

There’s one thing I can say that a quesadilla should not be and that is wet. Like, *squishy*. The bag and container looked like someone painted olive oil all over. I was given not one napkin. None. I went to take a bite of quesadilla and half of the contents fell out because the chicken was encased in some kind of greasy, odd-flavored sauce, i.e. wet. Despite having chicken, bacon, onions, and cheese, this “quesadilla” tasted exactly like chicken lo mein you would get from an Asian buffet, minus the noodles. It was the weirdest, grossest quesadilla I’ve ever consumed. Also, it’s was advertised as including a side of lettuce – there was no lettuce.

So, to recap:

Expensive, gross quesadilla
Shorted a side
Pissy/weird employees
Greasy bag & box
No napkins
Refused water for my dog

This place will never get my business again. I do not understand how they have such good reviews for their food and service; this was one of the crappiest experiences I’ve had at a restaurant lately. I would say “do better” but I actually don’t care as I do not plan on returning.

First time we’ve ordered here. Food was on time and very good. The Cobb salads were generous potions, fresh and very tasty. The fish basket was yummy with perfectly fried fish and fries. We were very pleased and will return. Highly recommend others to try them out as well.

We’ve never been disappointed in the food we get here! The power bowls are huge – they make 2 meals very easily. It’s most convenient to order ahead and pick up, or you will wait a bit. There’s not really any seating, which is a bummer.

The spinach bacon tomato grilled cheese sandwich was outstanding! The Mediterranean power bowl was also excellent… Lots of food for the price. (This order was for carryout, so no need to rate “atmosphere.”)

Wings were good! The meal was good! Cobb salad is MASSIVE. The fried green tomatoes are as good as you can get outside the South! I’ve also had the burger, it’s excellent! Super friendly staff. A great place!

Ordered over phone for 6 people for a scheduled pick up. Order was on time. Friendly workers. Order came in 3 lg bags. Left a $10 tip for great service. Our mistake for not checking the order before leaving as later discovered we didn’t receive everything we ordered. Too far to return. 2 bread pudding deserts we ordered and paid for were missing. Not saying it was intentional as they were busy when we arrived. Just make sure you check your order before leaving.

We ordered a few of the daily specials—Turkey Pesto with Broccoli Cheddar soup, Pulled Pork Pizza Box Nachos, and the Catfish & Shrimp basket—and everything was seriously tasty. It’s mostly a drive-thru/takeout spot, but they do have a high-top bar with about eight chairs, which is where we sat.

Great food, generous portions, and fair prices. We’ll absolutely be back!
