This was our first time here and it was amazing. We attended their first 5 course dinner with Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey pairing. The food was great and well portioned. The Irish whiskey was some of the best we have had and the pours were huge!!! Very comfortable atmosphere and the service was on point. Shout-out to the brand ambassador Brian who was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will definitely be back for the next one.

We loved coming to Sullys. We’ve all been multiple times. Today we came in with a party of 11. Ordered apps, meals, beers, the whole lot. Our parties food comes out except for one. They said they put peppers on it even when we asked for it with none. No big deal. Except they didn’t bring a replacement til after the whole table was done eating. And the sandwich was burnt and so were the chips. Asked for new chips. They were also burnt. Asked for it to be taken off and they decided to take only $8 off instead of the whole meal. I’m assuming a manager came over and after being rude and insinuating we are lying because she’s hearing conflicting stories. We just spent almost $300. The food was wrong. Late. And burnt. It’s not an unreasonable request for it to be taking off in full. Not just $8. Then as we are waiting for my 78 year old grandma to go to the bathroom some man who I think is a bartender decided to talk to the servers & say he thought it was crazy that we complained and are still standing there. Like my bad bro. Didn’t know we couldn’t use the bathroom. So while this is a place we have loved we will no longer be back. Which really is a bummer.

I love this place! The menu is very extensive! The French onion soup is wonderful! Our salads were so fresh! Love, love, love the shepherds pie! The food is definitely like home cooking! Bailey’s cheesecake is divine and you have to have Irish coffee!!! Our server Barb was very personable and attentive!

Sullys has an outstanding salmon burger and everytime I order it, it’s wonderful. Other great dishes are the turkey ruben & Shepherd ‘s pie. One of Medina’s best restaurants.

Sat for 20 minutes we were in a booth, literally right by the bar. So there’s no way they didn’t see us. They’ve backed walked by us a few times. No service. It was seat yourself, and then two more tables came in.They immediately ran over and started waiting on them. We waited another minute to see if anyone came and then I saw them all just chatting at the bar on their phones. The atmosphere is pretty gross here. Wouldn’t know about the food since no one ever came to wait on us and we never even saw a menu, but I think I dodged a bullet.

This is exactly what I expect of an Irish pub. Beer, good food, fun happy atmosphere. Our waitress last night was great as usual. They had live music and they were great. They played mostly Jimmy Buffet, but the singers voice was spot on, they sounded great and they weren’t obnoxious. We love getting Rubens, Irish stew, and soup here. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our food as we always do.
