I have enjoyed different pizza places all over the US. This place is amazing. Quality ingredients amazing flavor! I was impressed from start to finish. Even my mixed drinks was perfect. I am not a fan of Ricotta Cheese on anything but it made this deep dish “Kid Rock” pizza perfect!! Serrano Brothers is a must try! Wether you enjoy a good woodfire pizza or deep dish this place has something for everyone! Shout out to the staff you ladies were amazing!

Reopened in 2025 as an authentic Italian cuisine specializing in excellent pizza. They import Caputo flour from Italy (verify menu items with server). This meant that even though I have to eat gluten free I could enjoy this amazing Detroit style deep dish pizza without a belly ache and bloating. It was so good! The Serrano family does a great job at running this restaurant and truly cares about the quality of their food and how much their guests enjoy their dining experience.
We also enjoyed some amazing Caesar and Greek salads. It was nice because they came in two options small and large. My husband and I shared a pizza and each got a small salad. We will definitely be back!

The GF pizza is SO GOOD! I can’t believe how fluffy and crispy it is!

We ate at Serrano Brothers in Elk River last night for the first time and everything we ordered was incredible — an appetizer, pastas, and a pizza.
The pasta especially stood out because it tasted like real, freshly made pasta (not watery or sugar-loaded). Pizza was so good too. Garlic bread was a HIT. Food is almost all in shareable sizes too so the pricing seems spot on for quality and quantity.
The restaurant was clean, and the lighting and fire made for a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for sharing dinner the way it should be with everyone having bites of it all.
Kalli was our server and deserves a special callout, she was fantastic: friendly, on top of everything, and clear about food timing. She also brought our daughter vanilla gelato and it absolutely made her night — and honestly, it’s a must-order. She’s now asking when we’ll be back, so you have a loyal customer in her.
We’re excited to come back and try more of the menu.

It is expensive (what isn’t now adays?) but the quality makes it worth it in my opinion. The crust is unlike other neopolitan style pizzas you’ll find around here (which isn’t many to begin with), it is crisp on the outside yet chewy, and holds it shape (not a soggy floppy mess). The sauce was just right (straightforward san marazano tomato style) and I liked the simplicity of the margherita pizza. Will definitely try one of the pizzas with ricotta next though because they look delicious too.

Around 6:30 arrival time, 45 min wait on opening week. Room at the bar and seating to wait on the patio. appetizer of grandma’s pierogis was quick and yummy, expresso martini was okay, the Malibu pineapple was better. My rigatoni vodka sauce dish was not consistently the same temperature throughout (mostly room temp) but tasted good. Pasta was just ever so slightly al dente. Chicken addition was well worth it. Fiance’s deep dish Rocco pepperoni pizza was very good in taste but could have used more peps. Canoli was perfect and delicious.

Delicious and fresh! Dined in on Valentine’s Day and shared pasta and pizza. Have also ordered take out and that’s been delicious as well. Amazing buffalo wings and my boys love the spaghetti with giant meatballs! My favorite is the greek salad with homemade dressing! So fresh!

Food was fantastic. The wings were meaty, not dry, light smoke, and I like the way they are sauced. The value of wing Wednesday cannot be beat. The pizza was great as well. Love the ingredients used, and the light char of the wood fire.
