I wonder if the owners know that they close early, stop serving early, turn off cooking equipment intentionally early so some things aren’t available.
Most restaurants I’ve dealt with serve until the closing time, not 30 minutes or an hour before, with the employees being paid to shut everything down after closing the store.
Hard to know whose at fault with the service.

Typically I get something simple – a hot dog and soft serve – never disappointed. Staff are nice. Before the remodel I used to get a burger all the time and it was always really good. Today I ordered a burger and curly fries. Took 30 minutes! People next to me actually asked for a refund and left bc they had been waiting so long. My burger cost 9 dollars and was so thin and so overcooked that all I tasted was the condiments I needed to ameliorate the dryness and the one onion ring they put in it to make it a “cowboy burger”. Very disappointing. Will stick to the hots and ice cream in future.
