Placed a $70 to go order and received a salad with ALL BROWN lettuce! Including lasagna that was somehow flattened and dry shrimp scampi. I was brushed off by the manager on the phone unfortunately. This location is usually soo good!

This restaurant was truly amazing with my egg allergy! I cannot praise them enough!! I mentioned to my server that I had a severe egg allergy, and the manager came out a couple of times to ask questions; but I did not have any cross contamination issues with my shrimp scampi. I am so very grateful for the service!
My husband had the salmon. He said that it was cooked absolutely perfect. And my kids had pepperoni pizza with fries and grapes.
Our waitress made sure that all of our drinks were filled and gave us enough boxes and bags. If I ever end up back in town, this is the Olive Garden I am going to.

Busy Dinner Rush. We came little later. Parking lot is big, and has large spots. Came for quick soup and salad. Soup came, without salad. Had to ask for salad a few times. When it came, it was good. Hopefully it was just a tired waitress after a long day.

We had a delightful time with the family for an early dinner. My second most important besides the handicap parking which defiantly should be visited is our service!
Our servers name was Tisa J. Miss Tisa was an exceptional, fun loving and caring server. She had each thing we needed at the table before we even ask. She was exceptional at anticipating what each of us needed and smiled as she did it. Being in the service business for many years I can say Tisa is someone I would love to be on my team working beside me on a daily basis. You all have a gem in her and each table should be greatful to get her as a server. Thank you all for a wonderful family visit.

The first time my husband and I have ever tried Olive Garden and we both agree – we’d absolutely go back. There was a bit of a wait, but it was 6 pm on a Friday night, so we weren’t surprised. The salad was so good and the bread sticks were great! I ordered the chicken scampi (my first time trying) and it was amazing. My husband ordered The tour of Italy, with lasagna, Alfredo noodles, and Chicken Parmigiana. He said the lasagna was really good, the Alfredo was a little bland, but the chicken parmigiana is probably the second best he’s ever had. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us multiple times. My red rescato was decent, but it honestly tasted like a regular glass of red Moscato I can buy from Walmart. Either way, the husband and I were very happy and plan to visit again!

Wife loves the gluten free Alfredo. I love authentic lasagna but it’s not always great. By itself it’s a 3/5. Loved the service and atmosphere and the endless salad is always amazing

Service was very disappointing. Our server, Shirley T. was inattentive and RUDE, and WAS NOT interested in helping, simple tasks were enough to get an eye roll (asked for a box, refills, ect.) As a bad server not being enough our food was undercooked, our grandmother didn’t get sung happy birthday and was even told she wasn’t going to be sang to, as the employees went off and sung to everyone else around us?!? Definitely not the experience I expect from Olive Garden. I am every bit of aggravated and disappointed with our visit.

We were very excited when Olive Garden opened in Hamburg. This is a go to restaurant when meeting with family because there is something for everyone. The bread sticks are delicious and addictive. We have never had bad service and everything I have tried is great. Would recommend.

I’ve been there twice this past week. Jacob and April were great servers, and Dell was a friendly manager. The food was exceptional! Love the spicy pasta.
