I had the pleasure of enjoying the carbonara and pistachio cake at Sul Mare, and both were absolutely delightful. The carbonara was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced, with perfectly cooked pasta and authentic flavours that really do the dish justice. It tasted fresh, comforting, and expertly made.

Posting after our first visit, which was for a celebratory meal. The restaurant is new and the décor is very well done. I liked the fish tank and the lighting. The food was excellent. We had Spigolla al Brace (Grilled seabass) and Costolette d’Agnello (lamb cutlets), followed by Torta Caprese (Dark chocolate almond tart) and Torta Della Nonna (Shortcrust pastry lemon custard tart).
