Have eaten here a few times and all times the taste and quality of the food was the same level of terrible. The girl on the register is nice. The rest of the people is meh. I order the Teriyaki Chicken with the fried rice and vegetables when I ordered. The chicken tastes as if it were cooked with the shrimp. The fried rice and veggies do not have a taste at all and no amount of soy sauce could save it. I am indeed baffled that this place is still open. 1 out of 10. I cannot with good conscience recommend this place as there are drastically better options outside of the mall for a delicious meal.

My friend found a live bug in her meal which was chicken & vegetables. This was our first time trying this restaurant in the mall and definitely will not be coming back. If I could post a video I would. This place should be shut down.

Visited the location in orland mall. The food did not taste like teriyaki. I order 2 teriyaki chicken and beef and 1 teriyaki chicken beef and shrimp. The sauce was like a stew gravy. It didnt taste like teriyaki. It was an off taste. It had a lot of salt as well. It just wasnt good at all.

Chicken is bony & cartilage ridden!
Workers are depressed, they don’t listen to you & either give you precooked, overcooked dry chicken, or spongy garbage. I question the hygiene at this place, and the prices are steep for the garbage you get.
Owners would be wise to improve on quality, then the prices would be justifiable. Also, It’s one thing to get teriyaki as that’s what they’re known for, but you’d be stupid to get their sushi. That means you have no standards & have probably given up on life.
