Went for lunch and the food was good. Staff was friendly but complained a lot about a coworker calling out and then when I was sitting down eating after 2 customers picked up orders she complained that someone stole her tips. So me trying to be nice I gave her $3 for a tip and she took it and just threw it towards the tip jar and had an attitude. Now I see why this place doesn’t get much traffic and why they go through workers so much. Never eating here again!

This Subway has gone downhill the last year or two. It is rarely busy which is nice and thebstaff is always friendly. The huge problem is they almost always have just one person working doing all the stuff. They never have time to make cookies or half of the extras on the menu. It takes 5 to 10 minutes per person to get food and they usually don’t even have all the ingredients and veggies ready because they simply don’t have time. The other Subway on 28th Ave and 10th st has 3 to 4 people working all the time and is way faster and better.

Every time I walk into this store while Drew is working I’m greeted with his warm smile and amazing customer service. Every every time I get a sandwich from Drew I am beyond satisfied. I watch him treat each and every customer with respect and care while making their food and connecting with them. He is an amazing employee and a wonderful person in the subway clubhouse! Also he wouldn’t have his speedy Sammy making skills without the help of his awesome manager Brian:)

We had attempted going to a different Subway before we came to this location. They we’re out of everything so we decided to go to this one, we showed up about an hour or so before they had closed, Christian was behind the counter, and he was incredible. Definitely the best Subway employee I’ve had. He was very friendly, very professional, and made sure every need we had was properly met. The store was plenty stocked, clean and put together. Very impressed with him and his work ethic. Give him a raise!!!

What great day staff, we called subway the morning after the night before we had bad service. The manager was not in but the staff members there Jo Mary and Gabby resolved the situation so well and beautifully with manager being out of house. I give them a round of applause for their amazing work. Thank you Jo Mary for fixing the situation efficiently and kindly. So happy with how we left there today.

The food is good when it’s made right. Online order is a no go here. They always get it wrong unless I’m there talking. When they make protein bowls, it’s swimming in your dressing, and I got almost no lettuce. There’s one worker that told me she didn’t make no mistake and I had to open my sandwich to prove it to her. She also complained how she had to throw the others away even though she messed them up making them. There’s only one worker I don’t get along with. The others have been nice. I just wish more effort was put into the job. Sadly, I’d rather pay the extra gas and go to a different subway but this one is literally a block away from me and I love Subway.

Staff was extremely upbeat and positive! They have a $5 deal on Tuesdays for any footlong, which is only $5.45 after tax. This is an amazing deal, and why I stopped in! Again, the staff were all completely kind and cheerful and the food was worth it!

Stop doing today 8:35 AM walk through the door and immediately I was told the store is closed but he hasn’t opened up yet. I let him know that the store says it opens up at 8:30 and he said he doesn’t have anything ready it won’t be open for 10 to 15 more minutes, this is right away in the morning. It should be ready well before 830 for customers to come in especially since people like to stop somewhere real quick before they go into work. This is not the only time this is happened at the specific store.

This location is by far the cleanest and nicest one we have been to, it smelled so good the second we walked it, everything was so clean and all the food was fresh and looked so appealing. We were served by the store manager Christina and she was absolutely amazing, she was very kind and professional. This will be our forever subway from now on.
