Suh Sushi Restaurant was established in 2008 and moved to new location and added Korean cuisine with Korean BBQ tables at 165 Boardwalk drive, Fort Collins CO in 2018. Suh family has moved from Seoul, Korea to Fort Collins in 2008 and opened Suh Sushi on Prospect road then opened second location on Boardwalk Drive and close the first location in 2019 due to the rent expired. Sushi 1 in Greeley is brother hood restaurant.

This place is amazing by far with its astonishing scale of grandeur and variety of Korean dishes to choose from. We had various dishes for dinner, from cooked sauce-marinated Korean barbecue, bulgogi, bibimbap, and a sushi boat. They were all delicious with the right tone of taste, and especially the marinated Korean barbecue is my favorite. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best Korean dish experience while in this town, and somewhere for special occasions, family gatherings, or a date for a couple dining.

I freaking love this place! The meat quality, the portions top notch! But be ready for the prices. I always do the family of 4 meal which starts at 165. A couple of the meat selections can raise the price. That never deters me. I will always be back.

This place is really neat. You can either cook your own barbecue or enjoy their sushi/ other food without it. It was a blast to do this and the service was on point. They also have a great beer and wine Selection and the meat was excellent as well. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

Amazing Korean BBQ experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The quality of the meat was outstanding and fresh. Every cut was tender and grilled beautifully right at the table. Portions were generous! The food was really great. I was here with a larger group so there wasn’t a lot of time for our server to explain things, but he did help us out as he could. It’s an experience to cook the food on the grill right in front of yourself. All the dishes were deliscious but I really liked the spicy chicken and beef bulgolgi. Yum!

I’ve gone to this location for a couple years now. Everytime I do a mobile order to pickup I always have to wait 20mins after my pickup time to get my food. Last night for NYE I placed an order an hour before I was picking up. I got to the restaurant and they stated I needed to wait an additional 30-40mins after my pickup time. Pretty sure they got a larger order that came in after mine and they pushed my order behind that one. I ended up asking to cancel my order for a refund since it hadn’t even been made yet. I know it was a holiday but they are always delayed and the food is never ready on time for pickup orders.
The food is really good there and so it is sad to see the service isn’t as good. If food is going to be delayed it would be nice to be notified ahead of time or something. But I do realize last night was due to larger holiday orders, doesn’t excuse all the other times lately though.

Food was excellent! We did the 4 person bbq combo and it was more food than we thought. Definitely worth the money! Matcha crepe cake was delicious too. Tao took really good care of us and answered all our questions. Recommend this restaurant!
