I asked the staff their fave & they led me to the tacos. Great choice for my first time here! The stew was good, but not better than an average soup. I probably wouldn’t reorder that, but the cornbread it came with was so yummy!
Banana pudding was very average, but that said, can’t go wrong with dessert afterwards!
Price for 2 meals was around $45 including a tip! A nice view of West Chattanooga & the mountains.
The meat was the best part.

I enjoyed the place, pretty cool vibe. Food was good, overcooked for my taste. Tried all the sauces, the BBQ was fine for me.
Nice smoke on the food, I had chicken sandwich and ribs. Seemed like little to no seasoning on the meat. Busy joint and friendly staff should make this a stop even if the cute goats don’t.

Stopped by Sugars Ribs for dinner. Staff very friendly! Heaters on the patio made sitting outside to enjoy the view even though it was very cold outside so cozy! The ribs literally fall off the bone! Added fun was getting to feed the goats.

My husband has been seeing the Sugar’s Ribs sign for years when he would pass for work but never had the opportunity to stop until today with me!!
The atmosphere was very chill and laid back. We sat on the patio which was nice. The food came quickly and was just enough for us to share a plate. At the end of your meal you get warm towels to clean your hands with.
This is now on our list of places to stop when we are passing through Chattanooga.
Oh… and please don’t forget to feed the goats! 🙂

We were disappointed with the food overall, it was average. We ordered the meal for two, upgraded to Mac n cheese for the side and got the stew. First impression was that I can’t believe the upgraded Mac n cheese for two was essentially a one person portion. It should not be extra cost. The corn bread was not sweet or very flavorful, i think the rolls would have probably been better. I asked to replace one corn bread that came with the meal for a roll for my toddler and was told the one roll would be 50 cents lol.

The meats are good. They’re stuffed jalapenos are good. The little cornbread things are nice. They have a very nice warmed heated towel to clean your hands off when you’re done good people. I’m using leaves. There’s goats to feed. After you eat. They give you a cabbage and carrots and what not
