Pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Bun was toasted, yet very soft. Mild BBQ sauce served on side was perfect. Baked beans were over the top good!!

This is the primo BBQ place. Brisket has a nice smoke flavor, is moist and nice bark. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Pickles are great with just a medium dill flavor. Take a trip to this great little town of Ridgefield and get some excellent barbecue.

This was our 1st time. The Brisket was top notch. The mac salad awful. No flavor, basically was noodles mixed with mayo. They were out of everything. The gal kinda laughed. I don’t mind spending good money but $111.00 for 3 people. The only thing they had that we wanted was the Brisket.

We tried the pit boss combo. The brisket was good. The pulled pork did not have much flavor. The garlic Parmesan fries were just ok. The slaw had an off-putting bitter taste.

Definitely the best barbecue I’ve had in the Northwest and maybe the whole country. The brisket was absolutely amazing, as were the chicken and ribs. The sides were also on point: the queso mac was creamy with a nice kick and the peaches in the baked beans were a phenomenal surprise. Will definitely be back

Amazing BBQ at its finest. The brisket was amazing, especially with the bbq sauce. Ribs were so good I couldn’t decide between eating them dry or dipped into the sauce. Either way you can’t go wrong. The hush puppies come with a amazing peach pepper sauce. That sauce is so good I could drink a cup of it.

This bbq is located at the carts in the park section of downtown Ridgefield which means you may have to park a couple blocks away. The BBQ is absolutely worth it!! Every time I’ve gotten food here, it’s incredible. Juicy, fresh, flavorful, you name it! Takes me back to my southern roots.

I will try to keep this short but I could go on extensively about how great everything is! Very good prices for what you get, both the portions and quality of food. Well worth the drive! I tried a variety of things, everything was terrific! I even brought a LB of brisket home for later! They have many little details that compliment everything and take it to a whole new level, it’s no wonder why they are competition winning bbq! The baked beans are truly unique and unlike any I have ever had, the collared greens are fresh and delicious, alot of other places drown them in salt and vinegar, Sugars does not! Definitely my new go to bbq place!

My family is from Kansas ~ they never thought they would get such awesome bbq in Washington State! Everyone and I mean everyone raved about the food! We had the chicken, brisket, Mac-n-cheese, baked beans and rolls! I would recommend this place to anyone! They will definitely be my choice for my next event! Carlene “a very happy Mother of the Groom”!

This place is worth the drive from Vancouver. Ribs, hush puppies, and mac salad were all really good. Could personally do without the olives in the mac salad but it doesn’t bother me. Thought it was going to be a lot busier from other reviews but went around 1pm on a Saturday and there was no line. Will go back for sure.
