Absolutely outstanding dinner experience. Hands down the best service on the island — attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring from start to finish.
We came for dinner and loved every detail. The lavender cocktails were beautifully balanced and refreshing. The snapper ceviche was fresh and bright, the truffle yuca fries were dangerously good, and the salmon was good.

The ambience is top notch, the food and the service just average. The menu is quite limited, we had ordered a Shrimp Pasta, a chicken and a Salmon main course. The food took almost an hour to come and the taste was average. The chicken was simply dry, just no juice on it. The service was there because it had to be there, missing friendliness. The price point high for the quality of food that they serve.

Had to wait over 40 minutes for this bowl and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. Plating was bad, taste was bad, tostones taste like they were fried in old oil. So many flies in the restaurant. Staffs were very very slow and nonchalant. They charged me wrongly the first time and took literally 20 minutes to come back to me with the menu for price-checking.

She seemed visibly displeased when I changed my mind about the sparkling water and requested still water instead. I visited Salt Shack in May 2025 for the first time. It was a sunny day and the restaurant had an amazing ocean view and a great breeze that day. The food was delicious! The Mahi bites and the jerk chicken sandwich were great! The decor was nice & relaxing too. I would come here again for sure next time I’m in St. Thomas! Highly recommend

Extremely and happily surprised! I’ve been there now twice and both times the food was great! I went for appetizer which were the yucca fries, coconut shrimp, and the chicken wings! All amazing! Chicken wings were fall off the bone! The breakfast omelet and avocado toast were both great as well!!

Had dinner one night and had such a good experience with everything we came back the next night for round 2, and it was just as good. The first night Mia made us wonderful drinks with exciting flavors and the second night Nixon was happily interactive with our dinning experience. All in all, we will be back again.

Staying at the Westin there’s great options for food with a view! First off sit at the bar it’s the best seat in the house and the waitstaff do a great job. Second take in the view as your right on the beach. Food and yummy drinks are a must! Cheers!!
