Life in the Mundane
We took our daughter out to lunch for her 13th birthday and she absolutely had a blast. She loved the theme of the restaurant and all the fun little “Easter egg” type items in the restaurant. We had a delicious lunch and everything was cooked to perfection. Thanks for making this day so special.

Food is good and has a homie feel and look and taste. Service is always good but not always on point but everyone has bad days and good days. On social media and to publicly their store and what not are more fun to see andto watch and learn about them then but in person and real life its a lil different but they still try and take care of customers regardless… the decor and atmosphere is Def fun and self explanatory need more food ideas to go with them as well. Very great lil restaurant for sure though and will always stop by if im hungry and in town!

His staff are always great! My absolute favorite item is the pretzels and cheese , I absolutely love the mashed potatoes and gravy! There other menu items as well that I love to! but those are my favorites! If you’re looking for good meal with small town vibe atmosphere give them a visit!

We love Sugar Shane’s! It is so conveniently located on our way to/from home to the Wichita area. We eat there every other Tuesday when we have our granddaughter. Grace always asks “Are we going to eat at my favorite place?” She loves the mac and cheese! I like the seafood platter, but everything I’ve had is great! The servers are the sweetest, and the atmosphere is very fun. We go often!

The wife and I recently moved back to Kansas after a 3 year stay in Wisconsin. We ended up buying a home on the outskirts of Augusta Kansas. Sugar Shane’s is now one of our favorites. I love the homemade chicken strips, and I usually get a gravy dipping sauce and Okra. You cannot find any Okra in Wisconsin it all cheese curds. I also like how cold their beer is. Great service, good food, cold beer, and always a game on. How much better does it get. Appreciate the all-around quality that comes from Sugar Shane’s Cafe in August, KS.

Our family loves the large variety of the menu and often gets many different varieties of dishes that are always good. I however am so spoiled by the chicken tenders here that I can only order chicken tenders at Sugar Shane’s now. They’ve spoiled me on all other restaurant chicken strips-they are that good!
