One of, if not the best local “Diners” that I have been to. The employees are always awesome, and make it worth it. Go in alone? Don’t worry, there’s always someone there to talk to. It’s a very open, and at home feeling resteraunt! Great food!

You will be in a really authentic small Oregon logging town with real history. Stopped in on our travels home from camping. Loved the patio seating especially with our kids. The french fries were amazing. Portions were great. The salads were top-notch!! Even ordering half salad could have easily split between two of us. Service was very friendly.

I stopped in do do some work on my laptop between jobs, the staff was very friendly, they even let me stay after they closed for the day and we’re cleaning up. they didn’t rush me, and were very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits this quaint little oregon town.

Our food took a long time to come to us, and the patties on our burgers were thin and came with Ore-Ida fries, but the people were all very kind, answered our questions, and refilled our water. The decor is nice, and there’s mugs on the wall set aside for regulars.

This is very nice little mom and pop restaurant in the small town of Butte Falls, OR. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Our breakfast biscuits and gravy came to the table quickly and piping hot. The owner was very nice and did an amazing job(s) of greeter, server, cook, and cashier. If I am in Butte Falls again, I will definitely come back to the Sugar Pine Cafe.

The Sugar Pine is a wonderful little out of the way cafe. Great food and peaceful comfortable atmosphere!! It has the BEST burgers! Fies and onion rings are equally good!! It’s worth the drive up for breakfast or lunch, especially if you get there on a day of homemade potato salad!! Happy friendly people and great food! Serving Breakfast and Lunch. Also specials and activities on special occasions!
