Thank you for the friendly service and the wonderful food. One of our front desk people at the hotel we were staying at recommended us come here, and boy, was she right. The food was amazing. The food is filling, however, so make sure you come really hungry. I had the chicken and waffle combo with the peach cobbler. I know I had a bad cheat day on sugar. This comes with a very good bacon and onion jam. Don’t put regular syrup on your waffles or chicken as the jam is better to cut down on the sugar. The peach cobbler seems like it is less in sugar. I the cobbler without ice cream. There are better options if you don’t want sugar but mostly for lunch. If you want breakfast, get the scrambled egg breakfast. If you want the lunch option, get the select one meat option and 2 sides or the veggie pick 4 combo. My son got the caramelized French toast combo with bacon and berry cobbler with ice cream. My mom got the chicken and dumplings combo with the lima beans, homemade mashed potatoes that have the skins still, and the dessert of the day, which was key lime pie. All of us got sweet tea, which was made the best we have had in a very long time. Thank you for a great meal with amazing, friendly service. We will be back again on our travels.

It’s like going to grandma’s house to eat good ole country cooking. It was a Sunday about noontime and I wanted to try a place I’d never been, and this was a good choice. Locals know of thier good food and service. Hot and cooked just right is how my food arrived. The ladies here have one mind set; to serve customers with the very best and work as a team to do so. Theirs a cooler full of thier favorite prepared foods if you want to take some to go. Exceptional grits, if I was to pick just one item to brag on. I made a good choice coming here and will visit again soon.

We stumbled upon this quaint little restaurant on a family trip, and it will be one we visit every time we are in the area. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Homemade country cooking at its finest. The staff treated you like family, this was one of the most pleasant restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

Absolutely, hands-down the most delicious southern breakfast I have ever had! From the Arnold Palmer to the Gouda grits, to the caramel-soaked French toast, to the biscuits n gravy, to the country fried steak, to the homemade apple butter, we were AMAZED by the flavors and textures with every bite we took! Our waitress, the seating staff, and the indoor/outdoor atmosphere couldn’t have been more pleasant! Out of all the breakfast places and cafes we’ve tried in the last 6 years of living in Baldwin County, Sugar Kettle Cafe ranks as our very favorite. Although their schedule (being closed on Saturdays) is not what we would have picked, their Sunday brunch makes up for it!!!

Stopped in for breakfast, and it was amazing! We got there 1-2 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast, but they didn’t turn us away. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch! It’s definitely on our short list of must-visit places for breakfast in the Daphne/Fairhope area! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Sugar Kettle Cafe as a top choice for breakfast!

We ate here for breakfast while staying in Fairhope. I had the country fried steak biscuit & gravy. The applebutter, although the tinest amount, was delicious. The reason why I gave them 3 stars in the food category is because the biscuits aren’t from scratch. They use grands… Which makes me wonder if any of the food is homemade or is it all processed.
Without being sad, It was good just wasn’t what I had expected.
Our waitress was friendly & very good.
