My family and I had a great experience. Our food, fun drinks and delicious desserts were all yummy! Staffs were friendly and accomadating. Fortunately for us the place was open because I read online sometimes they shut early due to staff shortage. My three daughters shared one fun drink together which was more than enough for the three of them.

I didn’t have a great experience on 2/20/2026. Funny thing: it’s 1 of the cutest & coolest places, wild desserts and drinks, but My party felt “hussled” ,it was my nieces 12th birthday party, the waiter should have been focused on us having a great time but instead he wanted $$$$, everything we chose with a reasonable price for our pcokets was a NO! Offering $40 drinks and throwing anyting lower than that under the bus! he should’ve been appreciative that we chose this establishment with so many choices in LV. My 1st experience in 2018 was superb,I don’t know what’s going g on now.

Had an amazing experience at Sugar Factory! The food was delicious and beautifully presented—everything tasted just as good as it looked. The Valentine’s Day decorations were adorable and set such a fun, festive, romantic vibe throughout the restaurant. Vanessa was an absolutely incredible server—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She truly elevated the whole visit. Huge shoutout as well to Dan the Man, the manager, who was welcoming, professional, and clearly runs a great team. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the guest experience. Great vibes, great service, great food—can’t wait to come back!

I was absolutely shocked how good the food was. The Margarita I had was delicious. I think if the bar had people it would have been a better experience. Food service was incredibly SLOW, but I would definitely go back just for a drink.

Dined on Saturday Jan 17 & Arkee J was our waiter. He mentioned there was a “buy a goblet & get a mini goblet free” promotion for drinks. He did not mention which they were out of. He took our drink order, then told us they were out of the lollipop one we ordered. We changed goblets but never got the free mini. Drinks took 25 mins to hit the table & 1/3 was missing. In total, it took over 1 hr to receive the missing margarita. He took food orders without telling us the 86 list, left & then came back to say 2 things we ordered they’ve been out of “for a while.” We re-ordered & food took 45 mins to come. However, they dropped off the wrong pasta dish & didn’t bring side plates. I had to flag down the Manager, Dan, who was bussing a nearby table to ask about the Pasta and missing margarita. He fixed the pasta dish & checked on the Margarita. Then, Arkee brought the cheque with the auto 20% gratuity added without bringing my daughter her bday dessert like the table beside us got. I mentioned it was her birthday when we fist sat & I also had it in the reso notes. 3 tables around us got the special song and ice cream sundae. He seemed annoyed when I asked to get it prior to paying the bill, even though we never once mentioned any complaints to him. The food was very underwhelming. The expo staff kept forgetting dishes and/or bringing the wrong ones to neighbouring tables. People were going to the bar to order drinks as they would come faster. As a server, you expect a certain standard when dining on the strip, especially given the automatic service charges. I understand there are bad days at any restaurant, short staffing issues, etc., but the 0 apologies or acknowledgement as to the mistakes and less than ideal service standards was disappointing. Not a thing on the cheque was comp’d nor discounted for the inconveniences. Will happily spend my money elsewhere the next time we choose to celebrate on the strip. I would NOT recommend the sugar factory.

Extremely Disappointing & Disturbing Experience EVER IN MY LIFE!
I am a local Henderson resident and recently brought out of town guests to the Sugar Factory location on the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Boulevard on Monday, February 9th. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a fun stop for cocktails turned into one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing customer service experiences I’ve had on the Strip.

We arrived shortly after opening and ordered three cocktails. The bartender was initially pleasant. When it was time to pay (our bill was around $100), things went downhill quickly.

My sister’s Chase credit card was declined. She was confused, as it has a substantial credit line of $5,000 available, and was in good standing. My friend then provided her American Express PLATINUM card, which came back also “not working”.
I then handed over my debit card, which had more than sufficient funds, “not working” as well.

Three separate forms of payment from three different people being declined back to back clearly suggested a technical issue with the POS system. The staff appeared to be adjusting or resetting something behind the bar. Instead of calmly investigating, we were told we needed to pay cash.

I only had about $80 in cash at that moment and my guests did not carry any cash. I requested to speak with a manager to address what appeared to be a system malfunction.

The manager, Larry Morris (not even sure that’s his real name) , approached with visible irritation and an extremely hostile demeanor. Prior to even speaking to us, he had been walking around casting disapproving looks in our direction while we were speaking Spanish to one another. The tone shifted immediately once he got involved.

Rather than looking into the POS issue, he dismissively told us it was “not his problem” and insisted we go get cash. VERY insistent we get “cash”. He implied our cards had no money on them and stated he “didn’t care.” When I expressed that his implication was inappropriate and disgusting, and that three declined cards indicated a possible system issue, he responded, “If you give me attitude, I’ll give you attitude back.”
At this point we started exchanging words which put in a very upsetting position as I felt I needed to defend myself and it was tense and hostile. I called his attitude disgusting after what he said to me and instead of trying to have a dialogue, and seeking to understand what I was trying to explain to him, he escalated the situation by being aggressive and dismissive.
He then went as far as calling me “disgusting” and telling me I “look disgusting” before walking away.

Seconds after, I saw that another customer’s card was processed successfully. I asked the bartender to try one of ours again, and it went through immediately. As suspected, there was likely a temporary POS freeze or malfunction.

The technical issue itself was minor. The manager’s behavior was not.

His conduct was aggressive, condescending, and deeply unprofessional. As Hispanic women speaking Spanish among ourselves, the way we were treated felt discriminatory and unnecessarily hostile. Hospitality leadership should de-escalate situations, not inflame them.

After he walked away, I discreetly asked a staff member if he typically behaves that way. She looked around in terror to make sure he wasn’t nearby and nodded yes.

That response said everything.

I’ve lived in the Las Vegas area for years and frequently host guests on the Strip. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from management anywhere else.

Customer service matters. Leadership matters even more.

I sincerely hope corporate reviews how this location is being managed, because no guest, local or tourist, should be spoken to or treated this way.

My fiancé and I tried Sugar Factory for the first time. We ordered the hot honey flatbread, grilled mini burgers, and cookie monster milkshake. Everytime was pretty good but very expensive. There’s also an automatic 20% service charge.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Wow, what an unforgettable night at the Sugar Factory! Our server, Veronica, was absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond—super attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we wanted, and her recommendations were spot on. She made my son’s birthday so special with a fun birthday song and dance that had the whole table (and him!) grinning from ear to ear!

The vibes here are just perfect—the backdrops are so cute and make the BEST selfies and photos for special moments. Between the delicious treats, the fun atmosphere, and Veronica’s exceptional service, this was a celebration we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back!

I ordered the Spicy Spaghetti. The pasta was neither Spaghetti nor spicy. It wasn’t bad, but it was definitely lack luster. The service was fine. The people were nice, but they took FOREVER to do anything. My whole table got their food and drinks at totally different times. This place is definitely meant to be a bar not a restaurant.
