It was was so good that I went 2 times within 3 days. First time with one other person and alone the second. Each time I had the Baja Fish Tacos (the second time it came with fries) and the Baby Love Mimosa, which were amazing both times. The service is great even with how busy it can get. I would definitely return and recommend.

I absolutely love Sugar Factory it’s my kids favorite place! Honestly, they go more for the aesthetic than anything, and I can’t even blame them. The way it’s decorated for every holiday makes it feel so magical and exciting for them every single time.
The only downside was arriving at the location and dealing with having to find parking and the seating policy. We had a 3 PM reservation and got there right on time, but because the rest of our group was still parking, we weren’t allowed to be seated. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes. After we were finally seated, it took another 20 minutes for the food to come out. I completely understand that policies are in place for a reason, but when part of the party is present and ready to order especially with kids it would be really helpful to allow seating in those situations.
Overall, we still had a great experience. Chris was an amazing waiter super attentive and made sure my kids had everything they asked for. His service alone is definitely why we’ll be coming back!

Pasta was on point!
I had chicken Alfredo and my husband ordered spaghetti that was so delicious.
Perfectly cooked noodles and both dishes was hitting! The spaghetti sauce reminded me of pene vodka sauce and both dishes were so cheesy, had the cheese pull u want. The service was good and the environment was clean and beautifully decorated for valentines day.

We were sat right away as soon as the rest of our party got here
Our server Cire was fun. He put on fun music and sang along. Altho I will say as soon as dinner rush hit service completely slowed down. It was only him and another woman server for our section. There should be more people so they are not overwhelmed! Esp when it took over 45 minutes to get dessert ( but prior to dinner rush it was way faster than that) we were there for nearly 2 hours but I have a feeling it would have been only an hour if the place wasn’t super busy.
Food was fine. Got the seafood chowder which is very black pepper forward but tasty. Also got Chocolate cake which was ok
Friends got triple decker sandwiches, appetizer sampler, watermelon lemonade bowl, sliders, and strawberry cheesecake insane milkshake. The fries were very bland. Also a since it was my friend’s birthday he got a free vanilla cupcake and a birthday greeting!
The prices like majority restaurants at popular tourist destinations are way too much thanks to inflation. A club sandwich with fries should not cost $19 nor should 5 sliders be $26. Even $17 for the chowder I got is pushing it. There really needs to be a conversation on how out of control inflation is in the restaurant industry.
Something to note: it’s not stated but this restaurant really doesn’t like it when you want to split for multiple checks. We even asked multiple times if this was fine and we were told yes and to number the items each of us got ( for us it was going to be split between 4 groups ( 3 single people and a couple) When our server came back it looked like he might have gotten in trouble cos his demeanor was different after. If Sugar Factory as a whole does not like multiple split checks there should be signs about it.
Real rating would be 3.5/5 but since Google doesn’t do half stars 4 out of fairness

I really enjoyed this place! All the designs, the chill vibe, etc. Perfect place for families that just want to spend time together without going to a fancy place. I recommend going if you have a child that is younger, like 13 and under. Our waiter, Denise Bayan, was VERY nice, and I saw every other waiter was kind as well. I loved this place overall and highly recommend it for families!

Crystal, the manager was AMAZING! She gave her expertise and recommendations on The Sugar Factory’s menu selection. She worked the section she was serving with grace and a beautiful smile. Their chicken Parmesan entrée was huge, enough for four people. So, if you’re worried about portion sizes The Sugar Factory doe not miss! We have truly enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance, food and service was exceptional and a must try!

Came here for brunch on a Saturday in November. We were seated at the booth immediately. Our server, Erica, came over right away to greet us. We ordered some eggs and waffles and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was.
Excellent service by Erica, she was attentive throughout and checked on us constantly.
Eggs was a 8 out of 10. Waffles, 9 out of 10, very fluffy.
The booths are cute. Our kid enjoyed it and the Stormtropper by counter.
Would recommend this overall.

Erica has the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time, especially in this fast busy world. Very warm and welcoming to me and my family.
