Place is alright. I had the chicken and waffles. Chicken was good but a bit greasy. You could see the grease in the pockets of the waffles. The waffle was very dense. Had to keep adding syrup to it. The drink I got was just alright as well. Nothing to brag about. Service was good and the place clean. Didn’t need reservations and didn’t have to wait for a table. Be mindful if you dine outside, the seagulls may fight you for your food so it’s a good idea to sit indoors.

It’s a nice place, but their hot foods are average. I would say this place is well known for their drinks and sweets. I have absolutely no complaints in that department.

We were on a little getaway so decided kids can have a little bit of sugar… lot of Sugar. We ordered smores milkshake, Shrimp Alfredo, Cheesy burger, and the rainbow sliders. The food was pretty good. The sauce inside the Rainbow sliders was pretty delicious. The pasta was not overcook and tasted just right.

First time visiting Sugar Factory. At first we didn’t know there was a restaurant, just thought it was a candy store. Glad we noticed.

What an experience. Staff friendliness is out of this world. The portions are fairly large for the cost, and the choices seem never ending.

Lots of reviews lately say the service is slow. Ours was amazing. Our server was Fayth. She was great. We’re also extremely impressed by the drink selection. They’re so fun and they have virgin versions. We don’t drink and never get to order big fun drinks. This was awesome. I wish we spent our whole weekend here just sipping our way through the drink menu.

I loved my experience at the sugar factory for my birthday weekend! Our server was Ty and he has the best optimistic attitude. His unrivaled ability to describe the intricacies of each dish was nothing short of remarkable. As he guided me through the sugar madness of The Sugar Factory’s menu, he was engaging me in a delightful symphony of culinary terms that showcased his expertise. I got the french onion soup as an appetizer which was nothing short of flavorful and opted for the rainbow sliders as an entree. My party and I came back for a second time requesting for his section, unfortunately we were placed in Savannah’s section without proper seating. Her attitude was unsavory when asking for assistance. Ty came back and gladly took us in with open arms. Ty goes above and beyond for his patrons. Ty as prime minister!

Service was nice. Margarita for $19 was a Margarita. Kids loved the shakes. A little long on the wait time for food. Atmosphere was fun. Chicken and waffles was tasty, cheesey smokey burger yummy, Buffalo chicken sandwich was probably the worst chix sandwich I’ve ever had. KFC would’ve been better. Not sure what is signature about the fries. Overall ok, but not worth the hype and $$$.

Very fun atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, and over the top drinks and desserts! Food (Sugar Factory Club) was good, portions generous, service was quick and pleasant. Have visited twice, and would go back if I find myself in Atlantic City again.
