the reason we went there was because they messed up our order the first time. Very rude. Manager was yelling at employees and customers. manager was rude and freaking out at my mom. She made my mom feel stupid. Shes back there screaming “I don’t have time for this!” The poor employees that were just trying to help her. When we finally got replacement order she shoved it on the counter. “Here you go!” Mom went to ask for ketchup “is there something wrong now?” So rude. Dont recommend.

We ate here last weekend and I ordered a strawberry lemonade. When my husband picked it up he asked if they offer refills on them and he was told yes they do. So we got a refill before leaving.
Well tonight we decided to eat here again. We placed our order and went inside to wait on it. We did eat in the dining room. As we were leaving, my husband went to get a refill on my strawberry lemonade and he was told they don’t offer refills on that.
So, which is it??? Either way it should be consistent across the board. It ticked me off as I was expecting a refill as before.

I just went here I normally don’t have any issues. Only two times I’ve had an issue was with the same window lady. I came here got my sliders. They told me they were out of chicken that’s fine. Out of turnovers that’s fine. Out of lemonade and Mozzarella fries that’s fine, but when I say then that’s all I want and she’s rude, because I don’t want to keep asking for things and then being out it’s kind of ridiculous. Then I get my sliders. They are wet. Not even wrapped fully and looks like they were man handled and just shoved in a wrapper. Me or my family won’t be back to this establishment. Will just go to the Burger King down the road as they are always way nicer staffed and never out of everything and actually take care of the food correctly. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was awful experience.

I don’t typically review fast food joints, you know what to expect, and typically you get it. Nothing more needs to be said. But this place goes above and beyond. The service is fast, like really fast. Shockingly fast. I usually stand around and wait for my order, well not here, I got my food quickly. My sandwich was delicious, it was an excellent experience.

Went to pick up quick dinner. Got roast beef slider, curly fries, French dip sandwich with crinkle fries and Dr pepper. Slider roll was hard as a rock both fries were cold and drink was filled completely to the top with ice. Very little drink in the cup. Have always liked this store in the past but their quality has slipped to below standards. Will spend my $$$ elsewhere.

I was so excited to stop at an Arby’s for lunch in the middle of my road trip. Parking wasn’t an issue. I walked in, went directly to the bathroom. This should have been my first clue to go on down the road to the next one. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Definitely needed some repair. Walked out to order my food. My feet stuck to the floor all the way through the store. The counter person (middle aged blonde) was anything but friendly. I ordered my food and waited. Double beef and cheddar, curly fries and a large sweet tea. DO NOT ORDER A LARGE DRINK IF YOURE DRIVING. There isn’t a cup holder around that will hold that cup. But the tea was good and fresh. My fries on the other hand, were not. They were half cold, dried out and tasted like they had been sitting in the bin for hours. My sandwich was decent though. I’ll be avoiding this location on my next trip.

Just walked in for a to go ordef and the place was busy inside and out, had to wait a few minutes to place my order , but was constantly spoken to and assured someone would be right with me. Very well handled situation considering how busy, trainee crew, milkshake shortage! 5gjsnjs a very well trained crew, normally wouldn’t consider returning for a while under these circumstances, but I was treated like I mattered , and everyone was very courteous.d professional! Be back soon keep it up!
