I was there for a few minutes. I’m not a drinker or someone you usually find at a bar but I love the hometown familiarity. Many people I grew up with were there. The owner is a fantastic, tough as nails, iconic type of woman. We need more business owners and entrepreneurs like her. I’ll write more when I have more to say! I believe Sue & her establishment deserve a full 5-star review.

Don’t come if your skin has melanin. This is not the place! It took more than one experience to write this review. This is a police and firefighter bar, and the only bar I’ve been blatantly called the N word more than once. As a dispatcher, I suggest you skip this incident report. The first time I powered through and encouraged conversation; I didn’t feel comfortable enough to finish my drink this time. Cheaper drinks and fuller cups are down the street!
